Jlb Fencing

I was issued an invoice from JLB regarding an installation of fence.

Long story short, I was the first person to put a fence up between my neighbours and I. My neighbour then put up the remaining of their fence up down the track and they used JLB.

JLB issued me an invoice for the part of the fence that was already installed by my fencer.

It took 3 months of disputing the invoice for them to finally admit they were in the wrong.

Would highly suggest going somewhere else for your fencing.

I wish I could give them MINUS INFINITY stars. Issued a notice to fence AFTER starting construction, build quality was very poor and they failed to respond to emails on numerous occasions and failed to staff phones.

Don’t deal with this company. I’ve been chasing them for 2 months now and they don’t pay shared fencing. They have been contracted by Soho. So stay away from Soho Living and JLB Fencing.

Refuse to communicate with me regarding reimbursement for a shared boundary fence. Multiple calls unanswered and emails not responded to. Have escalated to consumer affairs in order to get reimbursment as they are thiefs.

JLB fencing are fantastic we have been dealing with them for over 5 years now, very easy process, you send your plans and design guidelines and its all done. Great service and excellent quality workmanship. Will continue dealing with JLB for many many years. 5 star from us! Syntec Homes

Dodgy, scummy, nails sticking out all along the fence line that they put up. Not the correct height. Receptionists are rude and arrogant. Less than 1 star.

I wish i can give them -5 star. Totally unprofessional company and doesn't care about customer. They have installed fencing to my house without sleepers which i have requested in my quotation. Called them 4 times and ober 6 weeks now but no resolution yet. Stay away from this company else you will suffer like lot of other customers.

The worst company I've ever had to deal with. Been trying to organise our fencing as our property neighbours onto a block townhouses and the building company had signed onto to using JLB without us knowing. After no response from them after they'd sent us the quote, we sort our own quote which they agreed to and since then, nothing. We require them to pay our trades but they simply refuse to. No response to emails, phone calls and now after finally getting in contact with someone I'm being told I have to go through the accounts department which could take who knows how long. The most unprofessional, unresponsive, unhelpful company I've ever had to deal with and can't wait to be rid of them and warn everyone I know against them. Steer clear of them!

Worst company to deal with.they set up direct debit and keep on taking your money out without stopping the direct debit. Have been trying to reach the company for a month but no response and no one is picking up the phone. BEWARE! DO NOT GET TRAPPED WITH THIS COMPANY

How can I give a 0 here. Looks like it is happening with many already. Getting many invoices fr payment of fences for a land which we sold just after title registration and no communications with anyone whatsover. First I thought it is just the internal system got this wrong. To understand it better called MANY times noone pick up, emailed (SEVERAL times). Noone responds. I have filed an ACCC complain to verify if it is legitimate. Without their confirmation I can not call it a scam or point finger to anyone like they pointing finger to me. This is sad. This needs to be stopped.

Have never even heard of this company before I started receiving overdue notices from them. I attempted to call their office approximately 3 times in the last 2 months and no one answer finally unprofessional women she answer my phone call i try to explain to her am not paying this overdue payment between the conversation she hang the phone on me If I could give 0 stars I would!

I have never even heard of this company before I started receiving overdue notices from them. I attempted to call their office approximately 5 times in the last 2 months, and have sent emails to which i have received zero response. This company has been sending me invoices for works that were not done on my property! And now i am being threatened by debt collection agencies. I'm convinced this company is a scam as there is no way a company that runs a legitimate business could be so unprofessional and unresponsive.

It's a 0 for me. They've been sending me invoices for a year and threaten to get the debt collectors onto me. Apparently they did one side of the fence at my property without my consent while my house was getting built. I called them up asking why they didn't notify or contact me and they reckon they did mail me letting me know. I got the mail a month and a half later after the fence was built and the date of the invoice was 2 months before it got installed. Seems like they have forgotten to mail it before the install. Very unprofessional, not sure how this business is still running. Would not recommend and also the quality of the installation was poor. I'm really upset with the lack of communication because I would have wanted to get my own quotes as well.

Been getting an invoice for my property for 2 years for a fence that was never installed never even heard of this company but judging from all the complaints it's a some kind of scam.

Don't want to give any starts as this company. They don't respond to emails or phone calls. I have been trying to organize fencing for my house but they keep transferring me to different staff internally. Now that I have emailed all, no one is responding.

It is unbelievably frustrating, and the only option I see now is to go to Ombudsman.

Fence was pulled down and redone efficiently! Great customer service, got all fixes done promptly after alerting them of the issues and workmen were very friendly. Would reccomend:)

Pathetic. Will never recommend these guys. Would give a 0/5 if I could!
I was referred to these guys by my builder because he had worked some jobs in my estate.
We chose him over another fencer because of his quote but when it came time to make the final payment he said he "forgot to include" other costs in the quote, which bumped up the final invoice by nearly $1000!
We had been chasing the invoice for payment for 2mths but there was no communication! When he finally sent it, he threatened to go to the "debt collector" for not paying! He insulted us and abused us over the phone. Disgusting treatment from an unprofessional tradie! To add insult to injury, just days after he built the fence, I noticed a big crack in the wood!

I really wanted this to be a positive review. If I was reviewing the product alone - 5 stars. Unfortunately the customer service and communication from the guys at JLB is anything but.
