Excellent service. Luke is very friendly and professional, he listens to your needs and finds a home loan that is suitable to your needs. The communication was exceptional. We spoke to James (customer service manager) regularly and he always kept us up to date with phone calls and emails, explaining the whole process and helped us with the paperwork. He was so knowledgeable and nothing seemed to be a bother, which made the transition very smooth and stress free. I couldn’t fault the service and would highly recommend this company.
