Went above and beyond to help me find the phone holder that would work for my car.
Difficult dashboard to work with.

Went in for a screen repair. Very expensive since it was apparently an original screen from Samsung themselves. Noticed ghost touching the same day I got it, but it wasn't too bad so I put up with it. After a couple days however, I noticed a large gap between the screen and the case, and after a week the back of the phone came off fully. Went back to get it stuck back on. This time it lasted 2 months before the glue came off again. Don't know why they struggle with glue, strange issue to have.

Really disappointed in this store. Took my pixel to have a screen replacement. After being encouraged to get an aftermarket screen for "cash" due to the expense of a original model. I was told it would be a bit off in colour but that was it. It was faulty and I returned it to be told they got another aftermarket in and the screen quality was worse. They were rude and condescending when I said I didn't want a worse screen and that aftermarket didn't mean I was losing quality. After being hung up on I attended the store to be met with rudeness and the woman refused to deal with me saying she was just trying to help. They showed me the second after market not glued on and when I said fine let's try it she said nope forget it give her the money back. I guarantee they showed me an original Google screen to get me to say ok and then rub it in my face that I couldn't have it, otherwise why show it to me. Now my screen is worse than before and I have to go elsewhere but I'm sure I'll get better help somewhere else. Never going there again

Purchased a new phone case and the lady was very helpful and very pleasant to deal with. She even cleaned my phone for me before placing it in my new phone case.
Reasonably priced too.

Got my daughters iPad screen replaced excellent service very reasonable cost and very quick it’s was ready when they said it would be I also got a kook new cover to help her not brake it again thanks

0 stars! Awful business and customer service! Screen protector started bubbling day after purchase, it also has cracks and the phone has never been dropped. Such a waste of $40! Will be telling everyone to stay clear of this business.
All I got was excuses that it was due to phone being curved ect, well maybe don't sell them for curved phones! She was quick to sell it to me, saying it was great quality. But never stating about the curve in the phone being an issue, only once I went back to complain!

Bad customer experience

Got new screen protector from this place and it was all bubbled up within a day. Went back to check and store owner advises its the phone case fault which I've been using the same case for more than 2 years which I had no problem. She then recommends I've to change to new phone case or glass protector. As a business they should have recommended what can be done in a polite way but owner goes like can't do anything and leaves the place. Awesome customer service kudos

This business is shonky and an absolute disgrace. The lady that is the manger has poor to no communication skills and has severe management issues.

The products are very overpriced and the quality is disgraceful.

My IPhone 13 camera protector fell off after 1 month and the adhesive was dry. The screen protector started bubbling and when I approached her about it the care factor was none and her attitude was disgusting telling me it was the cases fault.

I will be reporting her and the business practices to the ombudsman.

Strongly do not recommend it’s a disgrace

First of all I will say that I found the staff here friendly, however, I took 2 phones in. 1 iphone, 1 s21 samsung. I spent $170 on front and rear screen protectors and 2 covers. After a day the front protector on the s21 bubbled. I went back and in all fairness they did replace it (he did ask which cover I had been using, which was the one I bought from them). He then said that they didn't have to replace it as they don't have a warranty on screen protectors. Hours later the new one started to bubble and come off around the curves. It's too much of an effort to go back again so I'll just go elsewhere. Maybe just a bad batch, who knows

My son broke he’s iPad screen and the lady fixed it within 2 hours I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and fair price

Terrible customer service and repair lady with serious anger management issues.

I asked for a quote to repair my phone and, while checking my phone model, the man unknowingly bent my phone case and separated the soft rubber case from the hard rubber protection. When he gave it back I tried to fix it myself but couldn’t so I asked if they could perhaps fix it using their tools. The Asian lady who does the repairs stood up, marched over, and snatched my case and yelled at me insisting it was already broken and it wasn’t their fault. I calmly asked her to stop yelling since I wasn’t upset. She then proceeded to swear at me in front of my kids by which then I decided to leave.

There are plenty of other mobile repair shops you can go to and, by the price I was quoted, you’re probably better off somewhere else.

Wow I wish I read the reviews before coming here, spent $360 on 3 separate screen repairs over a 1 year period, screen seem to be made out of paper maché. When I went back explaining my situation the lady had a go at me and called me a liar, great business

Great customer service. Quick turn around on fixing my cracked back cover. Recommended a heavy duty case for my phone as well. Will be coming back

Taken my I pads and phones to Judy for screens and repairs for a number of years now, never had a bad experience and always been happy with the end result. Five stars all the way.

Great staff! I did the research on prices for fixing my Samsung s20 ultra smashed screen and they gave me a very reasonable price! I dropped the phone off at 4pm and expected to be picking the phone up the next day but they called me 45 minutes later to come pick it up! The sweet lady whose name escapes me didn't just hand me the phone and expect payment, she ran me through the process of testing the brand new screen and showed me how all their tests were successful! Will definitely be going back for any repairs on future phones!

Iv repaired my phone 3 times from these people and every time it glitches and completely turns off, i paid quite a bit to get it fixed the third time.and the colours of my screen were dull and my screen protetor was taken off and never replaced and now my phone is disabled for an hour because the phone glitches while im not even on it im so upset because iv gone a month without a phone and runnng around to fix it.can someone just please fix my phone properly iv spent more than $600 just trying to fix it
