Leon had a great personality and did my job very quickly. He also did a wonderful job of my ironing so I am extremely happy with this service. Would definitely recommend him to all of my friends and family.

Fotini contacted me regarding my very specific washing requirements. She was very professional and understanding with what I needed and communicated fully with me. Pick up and delivery was on time and fully satisfied with the job done. I would highly recommend her.

Had to contact them on short notice and they accommodated my request with no hassle. Leon picked my laundry up and delivered it back to my house on the same day even though i live very far (im still surprised by this). The quality of their wash great, it wasnt rushed at all. My clothes look and smell clean. They are very professional and so easy to transact with. Highly recommended!

Fotini was incredibly prompt in contacting me regarding my quote, easy to talk to on the phone, clear in communicating the service and cost, and prompt in picking up and dropping off my ironing (a 24 hour turn around for 20 items). Affordable, quick and pleasant to talk to; I'll certainly be using Fotini's services again!

These guys saved my life! Super friendly, great, quality laundering on all accounts and most importantly, a massive help to me! I was contacted almost immediately after I enquired, we set up a date and time for pickup. Showed up early with a courtesy message that they were on their way. Took all my washing and returned it a few hours later all clean, freshly folded and sorted! (Also recieved a courtesy message that they were returning my washing by said time)

I had Melrose do a trial of our huge weekly laundry and was sooo happy with how well it turned out and the folding.she is so friendly and we have made it a weekly service.

Where do I start? Requested a quote online within 5 minutes they had connected me with the amazing Fotini, let me just say she was upfront and helpful from the very first call she answered every question I had was patient with me and was so friendly, I trusted every word she said! That same night she picked up my washing and returned them the next day perfectly folded and fresh I couldn’t believe it!

As a mum of 3 who works fulls time and has absolutely 0 time to get anything done, Fotini is now my new go to!

I have never thought I will call a stranger to do my family's laundry. But the current circumstances has led me to do so. Thanks to my friend who recommended Whallie from Jim's laundry. I have only been using the service for a couple of weeks and I would have to say I am absolutely in love with my appointed launder service lady Melrose here in Adelaide. As a working mum I pride myself on keeping a clean house, but I sadly my folding of clothes suffer due to being so particular on how things are folded I get snowed under. I have an addiction to washing clothes, I pre fold all our laundry and then sit down when I can a fold properly, as you can imagine the washing baskets of pre-folded laundry pile up due to this fastidious behaviour of mine. Enter in Melrose… I told Melrose about my issue to be a little over the top on folding and how many before her have failed. What can I say I look forward to seeing Melrose collect my laundry and the excitement when she returns the items folded just the way I do. Melrose doesn’t realise how much of an asset in my life and the ease she has made my week just by doing this. Thankyou Melrose you are a lifesaver and surely have saved this time poor mum and wife so much you will never know.
