When we eventually purchased, John was there with us every step of the way. Our contract ended up being slightly complicated and John was very understanding when we would contact him with that week’s panicked questions. He would calm our nerves and explain what was happening.
When it came to settlement, the team was excellent and maintained great communication with us to fill us in on what was happening and what we needed to do.

I especially appreciated that Peter took the time to explain some of the finer details of our settlement costs to me, and that when the cash was slightly delayed in hitting my bank account (due to it being one of the smaller banks), John followed up on the transfer to make sure everything was correct and proactively stayed in touch until the money came through later that day.
