Jigsaw Childcare

A fantastic centre that really cares for the welfare of your children. My son has been going there for nearly 3 years and in that time, there has never been an issue. They provide quality education, a safe and fun environment and very happy children. The staff are approachable and professional. Highly recommend.

A waring to all the parents, i have not seen any childcare charge $150 for deposit for 2 hours orientation. However i still paid as the look of the centre is trusted.
But when its come to the care have been given to my child, its worst (no baby should be forced to eat, baby showed a clear sign of rejecting: cover his mouth, turn his head down, side way, and the last resort, he cry out loud.).
When i raised my concern, the attitude of the care woker make me shock. They rather find an excuse to not listen, bringing up rules, routine, complain about baby just want to cuddle (of course, it is his firts day at a strange place), than to understand the need of the parents.
As the results, i never look back at this centre, and never let my baby stay there for any days.
I seem to understand why they need to charge $150 when all other centres dont.

My granddaughter attends this center and has learnt so much from Jigsaw. She loves her teachers in her room and when I look after her on the days she doesn't attend I have notice the major growth in both her development and her words, learning so much and being so independent. I thank you Shanaye, Gretchen, Nga, Faafetai, Jenny and Bridget for the amazing work yous all do for my Grand daughter and making her into the child she has become today, so polite and independent. So thank you Jigsaw.

My 17 month old son absolutely LOVES Jig Saw. From the first moment we walked in, everyone was so friendly and informative. My son was allowed to go several hours a day for a week before he did his first whole day to acclimatise, at no cost. He felt extremely comfortable from the beginning. The educators are very professional and passionate about their jobs and the children they care for. Weekly snapshots and monthly newsletter are brilliant. He will be there until he starts school. My wife and I LOVE the place too.

Jaynee and Jane at Jigsaw childcare Sunshine North are really not well educated how to deal with neurodiversified kids. Even being told to spare time and help the kids to adjust to get inside, instead of facilitating the kids, they drag them to inside while they are reacting strongly and crying. Such an unacceptable manner of whom providing childcare service.

Since this center has been opened my 3 kids have enjoyed going here, they always provide fantastic service and management. After 6 years, my youngest daughter joined in, and they have changed the service and the quality of care improved so much even though it was already awesome!
She loves goin to childcare and I can relax and trust them to take care of my daughter while I'm at work. Highly recommend! Thanks to all the staff members!

Jigsaw childcare was the safest place with Good learning environment for my son (labib). He stayed in the childcare about 2 years and he went a long way in his learning experience. His ability to interact with the world, make friends and expresse himself improved a lot. Big thanks to the educators Rose, Lieu, Tina, and Ngoc for their hard work and professional care. We will always remember you.

One of the best daycare. It been more than a year since my son started in this daycare, and he loves it. The educators are very friendly, especially Honey, Rose, Mejinder.to name the few. Even the office stuff are very organised and friendly.

I was so nervous sending my son to daycare. Its such a stressful decision to trust someone with your child's safety and happiness. Jigsaw made that transition such a positive one. I have been thrilled with the care and attention they have given my son. From Renee and Victoria at the front to the room educators Lisa and Shirley, everyone has been wonderful. I couldn't be happier with our decision to send our son to Jigsaw.

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with a childcare provider. My son had been enrolled at Jigsaw for more than six months and when I made a complaint regarding a staff member’s misconduct, I was then told by management that the staff member (Theresa) had already lodged a complaint against me and blatantly accused me of physical abuse (I was totally shocked and disgusted after hearing her accusation), yet they didn’t want to get the police involved. Why? Maybe because the whole story was fabricated in order to protect herself. This so-called educator is supposed to be in a position of trust, and yet, behaves in an utterly dishonest and unethical manner.

We had a couple of meetings to resolve the issue, but it went nowhere because Theresa was on leave, but her colleagues had confirmed at the final meeting that there was no physical contact.

I was then told to attend another meeting (on Tuesday morning) when she’s back to work, but I declined due to work commitments, so the centre manager (Bronwyn) told me to “get my priorities right”. What a joke! Is she or Jigsaw going to pay for my bills and put food on our table if I lose my job? I told them that I DO KNOW MY PRIORITIES and I have been patient enough to have two 45-minute meetings with the management team.

I believe that we were treated unfairly during the internal review and it was totally disrespectful to ask parents to “GET THEIR PRIORITIES RIGHT”.

Parents, please do your research thoroughly before placing your trust in this childcare.

I have changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars. I love the staffs and the educators. The increasing fee is still bothering me though.

Previous review: I stopped recommend Jigsaw to friends the day they raised the fee from $113 per day to $123.5 per day. Such a rip off. Owners are so greedy, they keep raising the fee. The last 2 raise, it's almost 10% each raise. My complaint letter was sent to the owners and they don't even care to respond. If you're thinking of sending your child to Jigsaw, be prepared. They might increase their fee 10% every year like they've been doing in the last 2-3 years. Switching from one childcare centre to another might be troublesome since your child will be attached to other kids and educators. By the way, the staffs are still great, very friendly, very caring. I know that my sons are in good hands.

Best daycare for my daughter. Its very professional and really the girls here care about the kids. Really good daycare for all ages. So glad i left the other daycare for my daughter.
