DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OF THEM!

Received a call from a sales rep offering products on sale and that if I ordered and paid today I would receive them within the week. A week later nothing had arrived so I called to get a eta, was told that products where on back order and didn't know when they would arrive. Asked for a refund straight away.

Absolutely terrible service. Brought downlights from Jinhang and have had over 20 lights fail out of 95 Installed (Within weeks of Installing them). Also Installed another 4 at another job which surprisingly enough have started to fail. When I informed them of all this, they came back to me saying "Due to backorders there will be a few weeks wait" (that's for me to go pick them up and replace them myself and then wait for the rest to fail and do the same). Absolutely terrible service, I've had to go buy a different brand downlight and replace them all. I guess the old saying is you get what you pay for.

Cheap products but worst customer service… sold my already purchased products and made it draining to get refunded… when counting on reliability stay clear

Be aware they are compulsive lyers do not purchase anything from theses guys use your normal lighting supplier or electrical suppliers. I can't believe they rolled me.

Once again after multiple Opting out of their communication i started getting multiple messages a day, DO NOT USE! They spam you constantly with their marketing even after requesting to stop

Don't go with jinhang, stealing money, waiting for my refund more than 3 months, call more than 20 times still same

I've never even purchased anything through these guys and never will.
They constantly harass electricians with numerous phone calls, text messages and emails!

Pay peanuts, expect monkeys. And JH marketing have provided 10x over. Can’t have no stars to post. If I could I’d have negative.
Asked multiple time to stop calling, and yet…. Another call. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.

From my experience it’s the worst customer service I’ve seen,
I called the service desc to check a stock availability but the lady over the phone wasn’t that helpful, instead of at lest telling me If they have the specific downlight that I was after, she started telling me that they don’t sell unless I have an account with them, probably I was thinking about signing up with them if she helped me out instead of saying that she has to hang up my call and look after a customer at the showroom and pretend to call me back again since two weeks,
As an electrician and electrical contractor I highly don’t recommend them because I lost a customer due their careless and lack of infos.

If you want the worst customer service, go here. The old guy at the desk is so rude and unhelpful that we ended up walking out. Don't waste your time.

Very disappointed, called multiple times was transferred multiple times and waited up to 10 minutes each time. My house is full of one of their lights which I cannot buy as its only available to tradies. Polite enough sales people but absolutely useless as they could not help or send me to retail seller. Cannot recommend nor will I ever purchase JH products as their staff and policies are not residential consumer friendly.

BEWARE: SCAM BUSINESS! Ordered & paid for a Light Globe online, then when it came time to ship, refused to send the item till I sent them a copy of my Builders Licence! Had to go to my credit card company to get a chargeback refund. Avoid.

Online ordering easy to do, pricing is competitive. Easy to pick up from Altona and delivery is decent as well.

Absolutely atrocious service and organisation for such a large scale importer.

Stuffed up my order. Never received the goods. After many phone calls, and even a visit to their store, i am now still waiting for a refund. Now the whole saga of trying to get my lights is over. Never received them. The saga of trying to get my refund continues.

Will never be using them again. Would NOT reccomend. If i put a price on the time i have spent on this ordeal, it would be a very expensive mistake on my behalf, for choosing JinHang.
