Will be back. Took 2 chains in for repairs, one of which I nicely asked if possible to have fixed in 48hrs, they made if happen. Both fixed for a reasonable price, in a reasonable time frame, with fantastic care and quality.would easily entrust them with my jewellery in future.

My son had broken a thick gold chain and lost the clasp, with a jeweller on-site, JG Emporium had the chain repaired for a reasonable price within hours.
They had a great selection of gifts and jewellery, it’s a great one stop shop if you are looking for a gift for someone special.

I went into this store to buy a gift for my Nana who is going into a scary surgery and I was met with the best experience I’ve had in any store for a really long time, Gen (I hope I’ve got that right) showed so much compassion, empathy and kindness words can’t describe. The store was as beautiful as it smelt, with such a great range of gifts at really great prices. Gen helped me find great pieces including a beautiful necklace that my nana (alothough mad I got her anything at all) was blown anyway with and brought so much joy to her and myself. Definitely go here if you are in need of beautiful gifts with amazing service.

For many years I have put off fixing a ring which required a replacement ruby. I now regret not finding Gary, Jen and JG Emporium earlier. The shop was easy to find and parking out front is very convenient. Gary has done a fabulous job, matching a ruby perfectly to the others, fitting the new stone and and giving the ring a lovely polish and shine. I am so happy with the final result. Cannot recommend this business highly enough!
