Worst customer service I have received from an online purchase.
I bought a dress, 6 days later hadn’t heard anything so followed up, no reply so 3 days later followed up again, they responded advising they didn’t have my size in stock but it may come in that day. The next day I received a shipped notification so thought all good, then 2 days later I received a refund notification. Following up again from my end today they advise they didn’t get my size so issued a refund. The out of stock issue is annoying considering it allowed me to purchase online, but it could have been a fine experience had the shop contacted me to advise what had happened & communicated through the process. Instead I’ve had to follow up numerous times & received short responses each time, very poor customer service & I don’t recommend making an online purchase.

Customer service and experience with this store has generally been good, and I prefer to support small and local business but this store’s pricing isn’t competitive.

Exactly the same dress for $129.95 in Jfahri was found in a Melbourne Central store for $79.95, a 61% markup.

Absolutely awful purchasing experience. Can honestly say one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. Boot size was nowhere near accurate, at least 3 sizes too small, despite checking measurements against info available. Refund was arrogantly refused. Postal packaging was super cheap and looked like it had come straight from a rough factory, plastic bags on the boots and some torn up dirty bubble wrap thrown into a mailing bag. Would not recommend to anyone. An epic disappointment.

EDIT: In addition, in response to my review, the owner is now claiming that they have no record of my original purchase. And that they use handmade calico backpacks as shoe bags for orders. They'll do anything to try and maintain their desired public image. I seek only to warn others, and will not be engaging with any further emails "in private". The owner had months of opportunity to try and fix this truly disappointing situation.

I am absolutely obsessed with this store! Their shoes are so unique and spectacular. They are comfortable and quite honestly they stop traffic! I have 5 pairs and counting. The quality of the leather is superb. If you’re after shoes that make a statement these are it! The owner of the store goes above and beyond. She will allow you to create your own unique pair, I have had a few custom made and adapted the heel heights etc.love love love love love

My wife has a love affair with this store. I now know why. Walking in there to surprise her with a pair of boots, service was nothing short of amazing. The shoes were a custom order and the process was seamless. Made my life easy.

These boots are awesome, such wonderful colours, fabulous leather and great quality of construction. Ordering online can be a bit tricky, you never really know what you're getting until it arrives, and so I was delighted when these boots arrived to see they were just as good if not better than the photos on the website. I got my precise order (colour, style, size), delivered quickly. I had a few interactions with Jo who responded quickly and courteously to all my messages.
I am pondering adding a third Fjahri boot to my little collection, I so love this style with the cuban/western boot shape and height, so very wearable. Turquoise has a nice ring to it, éh?
The only thing I wish, if Jo added me as an advisory member to the style team are (a) a little more grip on the sole, they are ungripped (no scoring or lines) so it took a few wears before I felt I had enough graininess built up to give them the traction that made me feel comfortable and that I wouldn't slip over on the down escalator, and (b) two zips to make getting into them just that little easier, they require a little wiggling and waggling to get my foot in with just the single zip.
That said, they are utterly fabulous, love everything about them including the awesome tassle on the zip. Very unique - if you want something that stands out a bit in a quality awesome way, these boots can't be beat.

Brilliant business with the most gorgeous boots in Australia. The staff are amazing, accommodating and helpful. I have bought aqua and also now pink boots and a matching wallet to match and I can’t wait to get a gold pair of boots next. Keep up the great work in bringing us smiles during such a challenging time during covid lockdown. You are fantastic! ️

Took 43 to get my order which wasn't even my original colour oder of boots as they didn't have in stock. They blamed Covid, but sent postal advice four days ago. I bought them for a funeral. They never made it in time. So disappointing.

The most amazing service that makes ordering these fabulous boots a real pleasure. They have become a bit of an addiction!

Received my gorgeous purple St Tropez bag, my beautiful bright multi snake skin Jfahri boots and divine gold boots today. Making plans for wearing them over the weekend - can’t wait! Thank you Jo.

I received my beautiful gold and silver Joey Boots, they are so cool and unique. If your after a cool unique pair of custom made boots Jfajri is the place to go. There are a few styles of boots and so many colours and finishes to choose from. You can also request your heel height to be made 5cm if you don't like wearing a higher heel. I want to buy more colours. Please keep in mind it takes awhile for your boots to be made and if you don't mind waiting its worth it because there are unique styles and colours in the range, also with Australia Post and covid there will be delays.they aren't the type of boots you would find in any regular chain shoe store at Westfield or a Shopping Centre, Unless you live in Melbourne and you can go into the actual store and try on a pair (pre-covid days), which i don't so shopping online was my only way of getting a pair. There are also clothes on this online store. Worth having a browse. If you like stand out pieces go for a fabulous pair of these boots. Showstoppers and a great addition to jazz up your outfits! I gave this review because I'm really happy I purchased these, they make me happy when I put them on. Got that 70's retro disco flair, which i love about them.

Just received my 3rd pair of custom boots from Jfahri in GOLD! They get them made in a 43 for me and have been delivered in LockyD with great care, always with excellent customer service and friendly coms.

Have had a great experience with the Jfahri team. I was uncertain which colour boots I want to purchase, I reached out to the team and they sent me photos of the two different coloured boots I was wanting to buy. This helped me decide on which boots to purchase. Once the boots arrived I was impressed with the quality and vibrant colour. I would highly recommend and I will definitely be back to purchase again. I bought the neon pink and aqua cowboy boots.

Wrong boots sent to me after a near three month wait. Neutral pastel orange boots ordered. Dark green boots received. Still waiting for confirmation that correct pair has been shipped. Desperately hoping this is put right without (further) delay given the significant cost
