I went here to get my great grandmothers opal ring re-set and had a wonderful experience. They were super helpful in fleshing out the design and nitty gritty details. When I collected the ring it was absolutely gorgeous and better than I could have hoped for. Would recommend Jewellers Mark!

I had a divers watch repaired that I use for surfing and diving. On pick up I was told that I can’t get the watch wet. $400 for a repair and now my watch is not fit for purpose.

I have had numerous jobs undertaken by Jeweller Mark. I am totally satisfied with the outcome. One job in particular was a complex setting of a rare stone. The finished pendant was way beyond my expectations. I am happy to recommend this firm to anyone wanting a quality experience.

I can't speak on a buying experience here - but I can speak on a selling experience.
I needed to sell a gold chain - I was offered $230 by 2 separate places, and only $90 by these people. I must have looked a bit silly in my trade gear I guess:)
The lady had nothing to say when I mentioned the other quotes.
Will not be recommending or returning at any stage.

What an amazing business! Not only did they make/reset the most beautiful engagement ring (and help with the design) from a family ring that was handed down, they got it done in lightning time. Saved and made my engagement to be such a special occasion. Such good old fashioned business and craftsmanship, these guys go above and beyond to make sure your jeweley is perfect. I presented the concept of my engagement ring to the team at jewellers Mark, from the very beginning they earned my trust and made me feel 100% comfortable through the process. After months of going through designs, colours and diamonds, the end product was phenomenal. Fair to say they will be my jewellers for life for other future purchases. Highly recommend them for anyone looking to learn about and buy jewellery.

We ordered a bespoke pendant. It was an investment and will become a family heirloom to pass on. The care and service of Ara and Karmen was outstanding. They have made us feel very welcome each time we visited their shop and we would not go elsewhere now. Thank you for a beautiful piece.

Fabulous service. I have a necklace that is more sentimental than it is 'expensive' which broke (clasp broke when a dog jumped up on me). I took it to Ara and Karmen who fixed it in a very timely manner which allowed me to wear it to an important event that weekend. The whole experience was stress free; there's also beautiful jewelry in the shop.

Highly recommend. We were blown away by the quality of the workmanship and also the willingness to get items back to us as soon as possible. Have already sent another friend there to get her ring cleaned as everyone has commented what a great job was done on mine.

Waited over 3 weeks for a perl replacement on one of my earing. The new one is rose in colour (original one is white), bigger in size, so it doesnćt match the other one, also and FLAT on one side! I've never seen a flat perl in my life! Unless you wanted to purchase something ready-made from that store, DO NOT GO for fine repairs.

Ara the owner is so amazing and helpful! He fixed my necklace from London that broke so quickly and made it better than the original! A really lovely helpful person! And they have some beautiful pieces!

One day I just happen to discover that one of my ruby stones out of my engagement ring was actually missing ok. So I thought oh no what can I do about it. Anyhow I just happen to be down in Centre Road, Bentleigh getting my hearing tested & I actually came across Marks Jewellers anyway I actually went In & told them what had happened & Karman the lady in the shop was very helpful & she actually suggested a few options regarding my ring & then she actually got the jeweller to out & have a look at my ring anyhow he actually suggested getting it cut off & he said that he can try & get a stone in that is the same colour & he said that he can also resize it for me because it is a bit too tight on my finger so anyway they said to leave it with them for a couple of weeks anyway Karman then rang me up after a couple of weeks to say that it was ready to be picked up anyhow when I went into pick it up the jeweller had done a fantastic job with my ring & I definitely came away a very happy & satisfied customer ok. So I can not recommend them highly enough ok.

JM made me a beautiful green sapphire and diamond trilogy ring. They sourced the stones and created a stunning ring. Great quality and service.

If I could give 10 stars I would have. Ara and team made my experience very easy and rewarding. From sitting me down and discussing all the options about size, cut and colour. My Fiancé is beyond stoked with her ring and cannot stop looking at it every 5 seconds. Will be recommending Jeweller’s Mark to everyone I know.
