We have used this travel agency for many years, booking at least 10 cruises (without a problem), bus tour in Italy, flights to Europe, Singapore, connecting flights etc. On several occasions they have gone out of their way to find suitable cabins for us, or found other ways to get a cheaper booking. We cannot recommend them highly enough. We currently have three cruises booked through them and await 2018 when they begin.

I cannot understand the bad reviews and can only assume that there was a personality clash involved.
I have used this firm for a number of years, doing river cruises in Europe, in-house tours to Greece and South America and, very recently, a complex European itinerary involving a number of different tour operators and out-ofsync timings. The logistics were very complex and they put it all together superbly. We could not have done it without them.
I know from a previous experience that, if something unfortunate happens, they will help you out of it. I know a number of people who also use them and they are extremely happy with their service. I am sure that they would all give them five stars.

Worst customer service i have ever experienced, consultant named genny blatantly advised she did want to provide a quote unless we would agree to it before even seeing the prices, advised me it was to much work for her, not to worry there are 100's of travel agencies around.

Will not give you prices for your quote unles you agree to pay. Genny is rude and hung up on my partner.
