Jetts Ringwood

Became a member on 1 October and hope to be a new ME in a friendly place which is Jetts Ringwood supported by great staff and support

Equipment is regularly cleaned and looked after, staff are super friendly and always ready to give out help when needed. Overall great experience:)

Been a gym member for many years. I enjoy Jetts it is an invigorating and fun environment. The equipment at Jetts in Ringwood is well maintained and high quality. The Staff at Jetts in Ringwood are super friendly, welcoming and helpful. The people that are attend are also friendly and good to talk to but without distracting your workout or desired results.

Fantastic gym because there are fewer people, dont usually have to wait for a machine, staff are super helpful and friendly. Been a member since 2017.

Great place to train - staff are lovely and everything is always clean. Small but has everything you'd need too!

I’ve been a member of many gyms over the years. This one is my favourite. It’s clean, it’s a good price, and the people are lovely.

Been a member of Jetts for many years, i started at East Doncaster then moved to Ringwood. All the staff at both Gyms are extremely helpful when required and will assist with any questions you have. Ringwood is a compact gym but there is plenty of space between machines and very rarely do you need to wait to get onto a machine, Keep on pumping (thumbs up)

Always a pleasure coming here. Although I am a member of Doncaster East Jetts but for some reason I just end up coming here for all my workout sessions. Thank you for keeping the equipments tidy and clean, it makes you want to come even more often.

STAFF IS GREAT AND VERY HELPFUL. 5 STAR FOR STAFF. I had an incident today. I enter in gym and owner asked me about mask. I said, I am here for an exercise. She said mask should be visible on any body parts whether you put it on or not. I show her first time today, she didn't had mask on and asking me to follow government compliance. There was few people who already exercised and they had no mask. When I ask about them she said I just came. I said if you are not doing exercise, why have you not put your mask on as per government guideline and she said I met my staff after longtine and wanted to chat face-to-face. I cancelled my membership only because of owner. She had big attitude issue.

Awesome gym. Super friendly staff, nice relaxed atmosphere and great facilities. Also highly recommend Davey for personal training.

A gym like no other. Afro (manager) super approachable and friendly, Davey (PT) super fun and helpful. This gym is not for everyone, however if you are looking for a place to workout at your own time (be mindful of some lockdown restrictions) and pace, while having the option of a casual, friendly chat with the staffs during staff hours, this is the gym for you.

There's a number of reasons why I don't recommend this gym. The treadmill is against a blank wall so you have nothing to focus on. There are two racks in the whole place to do bench press or squats or over head press. There's no mats to stretch out. The change rooms are toilets.

Compact yet functional gym space with reasonable selection of equipment. Plenty of parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Always clean and fresh.

5 months in, new to Jetts Ringwood and I am loving it. Thank you Davey, you have helped me get fit, and Afro, always love your friendliness and support.

Personal trainer is not knowledgeable and provides intactful programs, he also distracts people from working out.

I've been a loyal Jetts member for more than 5 years, and was recently threatened with being physically assaulted by a member of staff (Davey Ryan? Davey Jim? They wouldn't give me his full name) at Jetts in Ringwood. The owners of the club (Gregg Scanlan and Karen Scanlan) had no interest in my safety and well being - and simply banned me from this specific club as a way to get rid of me. It has been an uttely horrible experience being verbally assaulted (and threatened with a physical assault) in a place that I pay to be at. They lack common decency, respect and have no care for their members whatsoever.
I have since cancelled my long standing membership and will NEVER return. How can I when my safety is at risk?

Gregg and Karen Scanlan should be ashamed of themselves for sticking up for a trainer who physically intimidates members and makes threats to do them harm. In my eyes, they are as bad as the trainer (Davey Ryan/Davey Jim) that threatened me. I don't know how they sleep at night.

And the head office did absolutely nothing when I raised my concerns about my safety (I emailed, used their contact form on the website, and sent them a message via FB - no reply at all.disgusting "service")

AVOID JETTS AT ALL COSTS.

The gym is always clean and tidy
Very friendly stuff
It's a small gym, therefore they don't have as many machines as i need to use
Gets very busy after 3 pm on weekdays, which is quite annoying

I love Jets Ringwood! I think Afro is so nice & encouraging. She doesn't like to intrude if a member is focused but if she sees that you want to chat or if you have a question - She's there! Sometimes, I just feel like giving her a big hug!



Davey, well the guy is super cool! He's so friendly & up beat & he loves chatting (which is great for members who are lonely & just trying to push through). His energy is infectious!



Spotify, would be awesome to have at gym. Members can choose songs!

Amazing Gym. Love being able to go whenever I like and the added bonus of not being locked into a contract! Not to mention the low fees. Staff are really friendly and believe it or not even know my name!

The stuff never comes to work on time, the schedule of staffed hours is terrible, some of the equipment is very old
