Clean gym, has all the equipment required for my workout. Martin addresses members by their name, is really friendly and welcoming and so helpful with correct form and using the equipment correctly.

The gym is not crowded majority of the time. It's open 24hours 7 days a week. Has awesome assisted equipment.

Jetts Point Cook gym is always neat and clean. Gym is well organised and lot of equipments, free weights, machines. Well managed by Martin, Always acknowledge all gym members with great smile. Mentors are very professional and highly knowledgeable will always recommend to my friends and family members. Great place and very good location.

Great value gym with amazing staff and convenient location for people in Point Cook. Caters to all fitness goals and all ages from teens up.

Awesome location and great manager. I’ve been with this location for about 4 years now. It’s clean and very well maintained. The manager is quite friendly and understanding. I’ve also been training with him consistently for nearly 3 years now. He’s a little strict but I guess that’s needed he’s very particular about technique and insists about long term goals rather than short term benefits which has led me to stay with the training for so long.

Highly recommend the gym and personal training with Martin if you want to make this a lifestyle rather then a seasonal thing.

Very welcoming gym with a great friendly environment! Martin is always very helpful. Although small in size, this gym offers all essential machines and equipments and looks spacious. I have been a member for over six years and enjoy going there and find it clean and tidy. Gym’s location is very convenient with plenty of car parking and two coffee outlets close by. I have never found the gym overcrowded maybe because 24/7 access allows members to choose time that suits their busy routine. The gym offers flexible membership options at a competitive price.
I would highly recommend this gym to all.

A good gym experience
I usually went at late night and it was good, especially when no one else is there past 11: 30pm around midnight

Small gym, can get crowded at times. Not expensive and very flexible whenever you need to suspend your membership for any reason. Overall nice and clean gym and works out well for me.
