If there was a Minus 5 or 10. I would score them an easy Minus 10. I've been a customer for nearly 15 years and used their office to send Unaccompanied baggage. Ive Always. Always. Always packed as per the instructions and filled all the forms properly and precisely as per Jetta's request and ensured that the baggage was dropped off or when picked up, the person collecting has a easy and smooth experience.

This time.

They've made and proved how miserable and unprofessional they could become just for their convenience. This, inspite of providing the right information and when to send to send my unaccompanied baggage.

I've had multiple conversations with Warren and the Office and confirmed and re confirmed when the baggage should be sent and I was reassured multiple times that the Baggage would be sent on the date agreed. To my shock and horrible surprise this was sent early than agreed and I'm now stuck with Storage Fees and Mutiple other charges because the information and the phone numbers provided were wrong. None of the processes for baggage to Germany was clearly explained. Once the money was taken out of my credit card, Warren turns into a person who simply doesn't not have the time or not willing to talk even for 2 minutes to explain why they did what they did.

So many might have rated a positive fantastic experience in here. My advice to future clients. Watch out. You will pay through your nose, you might think you are saving but you will end up in a mess like I am now and a bill and the experience you will never forget and the worst part is the Stress and my baggage hasn't even arrived home and I'm getting charged for it.

Think before you choose Jetta and if you're dealing with Warren. Good Luck!

Warren and Emma and the team are fantastic. They help with no nonsense and get the job done for a great price.even when issues come up they are very understanding and help you and can thoroughly recommend them to send you baggage anywhere in the world. Thanks again.

Horrible phone manners, so unfriendly. Also, like another person wrote, you need an agent to get your luggage out when it arrives at the other end. You end up paying so much, it’s not worth it. The phone numbers they provide doesn’t work, basically they don’t know what is happening at the other end.

DONT USE IF SENDING A BAG TO ENGLAND!
The service in Australia (Melbourne) wasn’t that bad but what they dont tell you when you send a bag from Australia to England is that you have to pay an agent to check your bag to get it back. This has to be organised so you can’t even pick it up when you land. The number they give you doesn’t even work so you can’t find your luggage is. It’s been a week and I still haven’t got my case back! No information provided and no contact after they’ve taken your money. I’ve emailed, I’ve rang and nothing. It’s take your money and run!

This is my second review writing to this company cos they request me to delect the first review by staff warren and I did but I didn't see anything from them caring my missing luggage so I feel myself to force to write the review again.this is the very worst place to send any goods.this company lost my luggage almost 5 months ago they didn't do anything till now.if I send them on e-mail they never reply back on time and I need to keep writing them e-mail thousands times to call me back.when I call them they tell me I m gonna do something for your missing laggage but they just keep saying and nothing they do later.it takes 5 months already.i m still waiting for my claim paper which they are not sending me on E mail.i was talking with staff warren regarding my laggage before.warren avoid me n he start saying to me I need to talk with the manager Ben.i said ok and when I called them to looking for manger Ben.the staff saying he went for holiday n when he back from holiday he will call me back but he didn't call me.i waited for him after holiday finised.i called them back again they start telling me Ben is not on the office.they asked me to call me back again afternoon time.i keep calling but I never find Ben to talk. Ben never be in the office.this time I m too much disappointed with this company cuz I paid 286 to send laggage.do not send anything from here otherwise u waste your money for nothing.

Incompetent.
My friend was travelling to visit me overseas in early March. She couldn't fit in a package I asked her to bring with her so I suggested she use Jetta as they were recommended by Singapore Airlines when I moved overseas for 12 months.

It's now the end of April and the package hasn't left Australia yet! Everytime she calls them it's so other excuse or paperwork or something. It would have got here quicker on a slow boat!

Their minimum charge is $180 for 15 kg or under. So I've paid $180 and they have basically done nothing for nearly 2 months. Would have been better off to courier it over.
