Bought my first home. Wow! What an experience that was! Wouldn’t have been possible if not for Hasitha Dharmasena. To give a bit of background from my own personal experience for everyone in the market, especially for first home buyers like me, I know it is not a smooth sailing journey. I did not have experience and I didn’t quite know what my options were. I had spoken to a few brokers and wasn’t receiving genuine advice. They made it sound so daunting and more complicated than what it is.
From the very first phone call to Hasitha, I felt super confident. He educated me and set clear expectations right from the beginning to the day I collected my house keys. He is an absolute legend. He was never too busy to answer any of my questions, concerns even the stupidest questions I would throw at him stressing about worse possible scenarios in my head.

Thanks to Hasitha and the team, I was quite fortunate to have my loan approved in due time. I faced a complicated situation where I didn't think I was going to get my loan approved for my land settlement.
