I absolutely love my yoga classes with Jess!

She is a talented yoga instructor & has very calming nature. She is always present & connecting which is so important to me. For anyone starting out in their yoga journey or even for experienced practisers I highly recommend trying one of her classes.

Can not recommend enough!

Jess teaches beautifully and makes the class accessible to all level of yogi. Expect well sequenced longer holds which will leave you feeling balanced and invigorated. Highly recommended.

Jess’s classes are beautiful. They are focused on form, breathing, alignment and flow. She has a wonderful energy. I leave feeling I’ve worked my whole body and mind. Love!

I have done Jess's yoga class a number of times now and I can honestly say that it is so different to all of the other yoga classes and studios that I have been to. I've never seen a teacher so passionate about yoga and aligning her class with the raw, traditional values tracing back to its ancient practices. Jess makes sure that all of her clients get a whole body experience from the class and take the values of what we practise on the mat into the real world with us. She teaches it in an authentic way that's not for people who just do yoga because it's 'popular' or for a 'workout' or the latest craze. I always feel more connected to my body and myself after her class and I feel physically and emotionally more grounded, which in my opinion is what yoga is all about. Thank you Jess xx

Jess's class was the first yoga class that I've attended that really explained the true practice and purpose of yoga. Jess instructs us in the traditional practice of yoga - a moving form of meditation, self-awareness, strength, perseverance, and mindfulness that translates into improvements in your every day life. She is a truly gifted teacher who attentively and carefully guides each of her students towards greater body awareness and health.

Jess transformed my experience and practice of Yoga. She was the first teacher I met who guided me to learning about the true practice of Yoga, an ancient practice far beyond physical asana and by doing so it was a magical pivotal moment for me. It was the beginning moment of changing my life, which now includes daily Yoga and meditation and I’m beyond grateful for having met such an incredible teacher, and soul. She is a humble, radiant and powerful teacher - her classes take you deep within and you experience Yoga far beyond the poses. If you’ve been attending public asana focused classes and just not feeling like you’re getting the whole Yoga thing you’re not alone, there’s endless studios now but not all that teach Yoga like it was meant to be taught - if so, then you need to commit to practicing with Jess, you’ll experience just how powerful Yoga is through a teacher so dedicated to teaching with respect to the ancient traditions of the practice. Hint - the asana is only 1/8 of the practice. Life changing stuff.

Not just another exercise class or get fit and stretch bundled up as 'yoga'. Jess has obviously had traditional training. She teaches with knowledge, is gentle, patient and tailors movement to individual capability and specific needs at the time. I look forward to practising yoga under Jess's guidance. Highly recommended for all levels from never beforers to experienced. Yoga with heart, soul, connection and breath.

Practicing yoga at the Tree is an essential part of my self care. Jess’s class is a moving form of meditation. Her class allows you to be present with yourself and gives you a great understanding of your body’s alignment and form. Such a beautiful practice in an intimate serene setting with a nurturing and knowledgeable teacher. Highly recommend!
