Never one to leave reviews but I felt the need to after the horrible experience at this shop. Very poor customer service. Jenny was extremely rude, doesn’t even greet the customer when walking in on multiple occasions I’ve been there.charges very expensive prices for simple alterations don’t waste your time there.

Wost ever I never leave feedbacks but this store and that lady I had to. You walk in no hello no greetings, 2nd time telling me she can't fix a stitch that can be fixed. Went to the $2 shop got a needle a thread and did it myself. Never again will not go there EVER AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE.

I don't know how you can mess up doing a school dress pocket that bad i asked if she could replace the zipper and stitch the hole in the pocket. Picked up my dress to only see that the pocket on the inside has been sewed wrong and the zipper sewing even looks worse. Honestly disgusted was rudely told to just wait when all i said was hello when I first took the dress in. You can even see where the original stitching was. Shouldn't of wasted my money on getting this done.

I used Jenny years ago but extremely frequently. Her work is exceptional. I have never had a problem. Always ready when told it would be.

Very friendly and did excellent job on taking up motor bike pants, lining as well.

Fast and quality alterations. Great prices and very friendly service. Large range of menswear too. Very good with zips and hemming.
