Cameron was very thorough and generally quick to respond. Once he had completed his part (looking into council permits and boundaries) he passed me over to Susan, who repeatedly attempted to call me during my work hours rather than respond to my emails and sent through the final amount for settlement THE DAY BEFORE SETTLEMENT. There were some issues at the final inspection that I brought up with the real estate, and when they weren't fixed I brought them up with Susan and she said she can't really do anything since I didn't tell her before settlement. At no point before settlement did she ask me if there were any issues - I'm not sure how I'm supposed to know how her job works if she doesn't tell me. Very unimpressed.

I recently sold a house without an agent and worked with Sue and Cameron, who were nothing short of amazing.
Banks are very slow at the moment which impacted the approval process for the buyers! Sue was always on the phone like clockwork to discuss the next step and always provided really solid advice while being a lovely person to talk to at anytime! Sue knows her stuff and I wouldn’t go anywhere else again!
My family had three generations of business going with Sue all at once all with different needs (a build, a sale with a power of attorney and my house sale without an agent) and Sue was able to act for all three situations with a seamless

We have recently used the services of Jennings Law and Conveyancing to purchase a property in Victoria and have nothing but praise for the work that Cameron, Sue and the team have done.
From the first contact, right through to the confirmation of settlement letter, Jennings L&C kept us informed and answered all of our questions, helping keep my husband and I calm and excited about the purchase, rather than the legal stuff.
We have no hesitation in recommending the team at Jennings Law and Conveyancing and will be using them for further conveyancing and our wills.

Jennings do a thorough job, but are expensive to the point I felt exploited. As a seller, selling a simple vacant land block, I paid a higher fee than the person purchasing it. Online conveyancers would have cost around 30% less, and friends advised I was paying about $350 more than I should as a seller.
Another matter they began on was a purchase of a block of land, before I decided not to continue. I expected some cost because they had looked through some paperwork. That was $160, and fair enough. But added to that was my initial call to them that was about 6 minutes 27 seconds. That 6 minute call was invoiced as 'telephone call from client. $90 + $9 GST. A second call was $44.00, and all calls the conveyancer made were listed at $20 each, which along with other listed charges, all added to a large total for a purchase I called off very early, before a deposit was even made. So while they did do a good job both on the recent sale and a previous purchase, I'm afraid that on principle I could not in the future use the services of someone who thinks $99 to answer my phone call, is a fair charge.

We have used Jennings law for the purchase of our first home. Cameron and Sue have been amazing. They are always available for enquiries and so lovely to deal with. They have a flat rate so no surprise at the end! I will definitely use their services again if needed and keep recommend them to anyone in need.
