I went to see Jennifer to deal with some long held anxiety due to some past unresolved issues. She was able to shift my focus from a past I had held onto for too long and help me realise the issue was really in the behaviour I was running in the present. We made significant progress even in the first session and managed to completely alter the behaviour over 4 sessions.
Jennifer is knowledgeable, professional and has great sense of empathy, I couldn't recommend working with her highly enough.
