Recently discovered this butcher. Very happy with the quality of the meat and great friendly service. Will be back for sure, I want to try everything. We ordered our Christmas Ham from Mario and it was Delicious, highly recommened.

Great meat, delicious steaks and sausages. Great service. Pity they don't expect customers to wear masks or wear masks themselves. Other butchers in the area do or have a plastic barrier up like most food shops do.

I am the person responsible for ordering sausages from this business. Whilst the sausages are MARGINALLY more expensive, I would NEVER go anywhere else.

I went to my local butcher at Stud Park Shopping Centre and cooked 3 sausages for my kids for dinner tonight.

I can conclude that after cooking 500 sausages as a minimum - (We order bulk) from Jells Park Meats that I collected more fat from the 3 (and only 3) sausages I cooked for my kids tonight than what I collect from over 500 sausages I cook on a regular events basis.

THIS IS NO EXAGGERATION.

This may sound ridiculous however I am very direct, honest and sincere with my reviews. I can honestly say that these are the best sausages on the market. Full of proper meat, very little fat (if any).

I have bought here for years because the quality is consistent. I am honest, I have NEVER received a kickback, but I can state with integrity that Mario who runs this place does not take short cuts with the quality of his products. He does charge a little more, but I (we) are prepared to pay slightly more for quality, and that is exactly what this business delivers.

Best local butcher in eastern Melbourne I've come across. Not as cheap as a supermarket but way better quality. Their lamb is great and try their pork ribs on the BBQ.

It's been over 2 years since we left Wheelers Hill. Picked up my boned lamb shoulder this morning. Not only did Mario make it up specially, ask after my family but he carried it out to my car!
