I recently purchased a property and my agent was Oscar. Oscar was an incredibly delightful agent to work with; who felt like an old friend. From when my partner and I met him at the open house to the delivery of the keys, Oscar was always friendly and kind and answered all my questions (even if they were silly). Oscar was available to answer questions throughout the purchase process that helped make a stressful process a pleasure. As a first home buyer I was on a huge learning curve, and Oscar provided me with valuable information, particularly his extensive knowledge of the North Melbourne market.
