Paid for item to be delivered and 2 weeks later I still haven't had a reply. Don't go here do yourself the favour andp use Bayfords instead same products and you'll get item the next day

I was informed on the phone that if I arrived with the item I needed the colour match for they could match it.
So I drove 40 kilometres to get there then I was told oh sorry we can't match that colour.
What a waist of time effort and fuel.
Not to mention extra carbon dioxide into the atmosphere.

I was charged $25 for express shipping through Jefferson ebay account. Took them 3 days to send order out. Got apology but no solution as I still had to pay for full express service. They don't take responsibility at all.
