The whole experience at Jeff Wignall Ford Frankston was truly outstanding, Burak made buying my new car a great occasion not only for myself but for my entire family, he kept me updated on the arrival of the car and was always available to answer my questions at any time. When the day come to pick up the car, he ensured it was a special event for my whole family, he even spent over an hour with me to go through all the features of the car. My wife was so impressed as we bought a new car 4 years ago with a different brand and never got this level of service before. Burak, is an asset to the ford dealership and I only hope he gets the recognition he deserves for his great customer service skills and his knowledge. I have been here a couple of times to test drive vehicles. They were very accommodating and allowed me to feel comfortable through discourse over the vehicles. I did not purchase a vehicle but I wouldn't hesitate if the right vehicle came along.

I have Just purched a next gen Ranger from the team at Frankston
and the experience was top class. Bella from the sales team, was super knowledgeable and helpfull, she even stood in the rain showing me through the car on my first visit, then when I picked up the car she spent nearly an hour making sure i had the car set up correctly.

I had my car serviced there last Friday. Everything was good before the service of my car, and been told to check for the tyre it was just regular serving. After service my car start showing issue with tyre. And when I call them regarding the issue then I have told they are fully booked so They ask me to drive with faulty tyre. I even asked them if anything happen then whose fault it will be and they told be I have to wait. What a service this guys provide? Superb hats off
