If I could give you Kellie a 0 star rating for your service on Sunday @12.25pm aprox on 23rd of June I would. Your customer service is beyond poor. All I wanted to do was return a product with proof of purchase and re buy the same item to use my birthday voucher.
I did not bring this item to the store due to wanting to keep the same item. As I only brought this item yesterday.
She laughed in my face, this was one of the worst services I have ever had at Jean's West as I am a member. I will not return to ur store while Kellie is working. I have only just moved to Traralgon and most of the time I will now travel to the next closest destination.
Was a huge let down.
To be made to feel belittled in front of other customers in the store was extremely disappointing and embarrassing. Kellie you probably need to work on being in customer service a little nicer.

Very good service usually I am hard to fit for jeans and usually I wear men's jeans because the fit better this time the assistant gave me jeans for people with curves and the first pair fitted very happy
