I am delighted with my Solar System installed by JE Electrical Solutions. The staff were all fantastic to deal with and very professional in everything they did. I decided to completely eliminate gas products from the house, so there was a lot of activity over four days that all took place with minimum disruption to the household.

Great process by JE Electrical Solutions. Face to face contact with Jake was a simple process given the computer application he uses to arrive at requirements and quote. Very professional service, everything is explained, benefits and costs, plus installation reservation.
Installing date was reconfirmed and guys arrived on time and got the job done quickly and professionally.
After sales has been fine and now we are watching our savings

We recently installed a whole solar system on our home. From the moment Jake contacted us, through the whole process with applying to rebates and paperwork assited by Imogene in admin, Flynn arrived promptly on time with his team for the installation and then the final sign off process we couldn't be happier. Very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and professional service. We will be using them again to install solar on our rental property in the coming months.

JE Electrical won't release our certificate/relevant paperwork to get solar system connected to the grid. They are having payment issues with the solar retailers 'Simply Solar & Storage'. As the customers (who have paid) we are stuck in the middle without our solar being connected. Would not recommend either business, their customer service is terrible. I can't comment on workmanship as we don't even know if the system works!
