I have been having a few different treatments with Jacqui and yesterday I had the Ayurveda Body Indulgence 3 in 1 spa treatment and it was wonderful. The whole treatment was amazing especially the herbal steam canopy, and today I felt very de-stressed and full of energy. Jacqui is just wonderful and very professional. Lately I've also been having pedicures, and I feel like I'm walking on air afterwards.
When Jacqui does foot reflexology, she's working on the body energy channels, and after my 15 minute session I feel wonderful from top to toe.
You haven't experienced "good pain" foot reflexology until you've tried Jacqui!

Hypothyroid? Struggling to get rid of toxins and perspire?
Then have a herbal sauna here!
Within five minutes, the toxins and perspiration were shouting ' Finally, we can escape'.
Although quite warm (hot really), a thirty minute sauna was also very relaxing.
But you can open the enclosed tent if you need cool air.
Ensure you drink plenty of water.
Having a herbal ball massage combined with the sauna was bliss.
Being hypothyroid, a sauna would also be good in winter when finding it hard to keep warm.
Highly recommended.
