JC Procurement found some hard to find items in China that I needed for my stingless native bee splitting program at a Sydney Council. Quality, price and service were all amazing. Angela at JC Procurement organised samples and did quality control so that I was only shown goods that met her high standards, saving me a lot of time and money. I have used JC Procurement many times and wholeheartedly recommend them.

Angela did not make me aware of the pricing structure and was not clear in her business dealings. I have asked for a refund as I have not received a service and she has refused to respond. Will be taking this further. Angela's response below sounds great with all the bells and whistles but not at all what was mentioned before she was paid.
