I wish we could give more than 5 stars! Hands down the best hair dresser/salon in Springvale we have been to and will be our regular moving forward. My partner and I had a bad experience with our last one who butchered both our hair. We were very cautious of trying out a different one as we’re both quite insecure of our hair. I went first for reference I have straight hair and Lauren did an amazing job. She felt my hair and listened to what I wanted done and did exactly that. She made my hair look great again. My partner went next and she was very worried as she has very curly hair and Lauren took her time and really looked after her. Did a wash and paid attention to how her hair naturally is. Lauren really went above and beyond. Fantastic service. She really takes care of each of her customers. She gets to know you and makes a personal connection with you. Cannot recommend her highly enough. Fantastic experience and service. Thank you! We are so glad to have walked into your salon.

Loan cuts my kids hair (boy and girl) amazingly, shes fast but still takes her time to make sure it’s perfect, her prices are good and she always does a good job!

I did my hair keratin treatment from this shop and i spent 400$ and i spend my all day 9: 30 to 7: 30 pm and i washed my hair after a week, it went back to my normal hair, i was so disappointed and sad.
Wastage of my time and money, I don’t suggest any female customer to came here and do their keratin hair treatment

Best haircut I have had so far from her. She is very lovely and takes care of you when she cuts your hair. I am glad that I found this salon for my haircut.

I had an amazing experience at loan’s. Being it my very first time with highlights, tones and colors she was extremely patient with me in recommending right color and styling and she definitely knows what she’s doing.
Your experience Can never go wrong in here. My boyfriend who is loan’s customer for over a year and half now had recommended me this place and I couldn’t be more content and happy when i left. This place is very busy and waiting time may vary, however loan and her service is worth the wait. The price is very reasonable. I usually don’t go with 5 star rating ever and this probably is my very first time giving a 5 star regardless of wait time. She is so humble and loveable person and she definitely did take care of me as i was anxious on how my first ever di balayage would result. In short, quality and service at its best. The below pictures don’t do any justice as I’m bad at taking selfies.

Had curls done from this place, very happy with the result, worth travelling from melton to Springvale, awesome customer service. Will definitely visit again.

Some people don’t understand that it’s very hard doing the job on your own

We have been coming to this salon when the previous owner was there. Then we started to see the new owner now for more than 10years until this day. I do see she is really busy and so not want any one to walk out of her salon before she does the arrive on them and jumps from one person to another. She does ask me and other client to help her in mixing the colour, wash their hair, dry client hair, mop the floor and and her some foil.
She does leave the colour for long time and make the colour be more lighter and all these years we used to pay her even when she didn't do a good job. And if we see other client come she serve them before us and if I ask why is that case she says they booked appointment. So i have called before to book an appointment, and her husband said no appointments just sit and wait. So we came early morning so we will be the first client as we were many of us the same time and wanted to cut, colour and highlight. So there was one client before us and we were next. So she cut for person one was OK. She did for the 2nd client, it didn't turn up good. The client 2asked for brown base with highlight, she put red colour and client 2 was not happy because it was red and the highlight turned white. So she left client 2 and serve another person for hair cut. And client 2 got very angry and upset because we have an event happening in 2 days and client 2 hair is very bad. So the hairdresser asked me to wash her hair. So i started to wash her hair and client 2 eyes started burning. I started to call her to come and do her job. Then she came and washed it and client 2 head started to burn including eyes. Then client2 wasn't happy with the color so hairdresser suggested to tone it. So she toned it and jumped to my hair. And i have made it clear that I don't need it too light at the front so when it was my turn to wash my hair it was very light. And i wasn't happy. She said we can tone it for you buy I honestly couldn't trust and was afraid to burn my hair and asked me to dry my own hair. So client2 started to get overwhelmed as her scalp started to burning her. She washed it off for her but it was damaged. And there is nothing there to fix it. The 2 other clients and I, honestly had bad experiences with that salon. She charged $160 which was a rip off. And i do not think she was using loreal products as well. We were not happy and very disappointed. I really do not recommend it to anyone. Client 2 is going to Dr to check her scalp and see if there is anything or can do for the burning sensation. I would never go back there again.

Have been going for quite a while now, always happy with the result. Loan does amazing fades, takes time and care with your hair, and is a great person overall!
