Thanks to the second assistant on Friday 5th Jan that sorted my fitbit Versa2 issues.

Couldn't access wallet, declining payment.

First guy assisting said I need a new phone AND new #FITBIT.

Second guy took the time to research issue, searched known problems and resolved, all working fine now.

Thanks heaps.

Been there a number of times, they’ve been talking to friends or other staff, one time four of them together. Other stores look for customers who need maybe some tech support to help make your buying decision. Would recommend basically any other store.

I would like to thank Allan & Dhaval on job well done by providing exceptional customer service months after my item was purchased.
With a massive online retail giant like Amazon providing same day delivery and free parcel returns and hassle free product returns I am happy to know that I can still purchase from physical stores knowing that these guys haven't forgotten how to be customer service superstars.
In my experience, retailers only care about you during the sale to get your money but it's very rare you find staff caring after the sale.

Dropped in today at around 2: 45pm to discuss preordering or buying one of the new gens of xbox & buy a set of wireless A20's. The 2 guys at the counter ignored me, standing around on their phones and gossiping. Oh well, I'll go somewhere else.

Rang the store to ask about if they had a game in stock, I was greeted with a tone that instantly gave me the impression they couldn't get me off the phone quick enough. I was told the game wasn't in stock. I was later passing watergardens and stopped in to find that there was infact a copy of the game on the shelf and it didn't have a price tag on it so it had to be scanned. I honestly can't remember the guy's name who answered the phone because I had rang 3 other stores that morning who went far qnd beyond to help me locate the game at 4 different stores across Melbourne. Pretty poor customer service by the Watergardens gaming department.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Phone came unsealed, scratched, and software was not working. Bluetooth cutting in and out, messages app faulty. JB would not exchange / refund. Currently taking this further as I'm $700 out of pocket for a second hand phone that doesn't work. Worst retail experience I've ever had.ever

I tried to buy a TV to pick up in store. The payment failed, and the JB HiFi website wouldn't even tell me why (they just listed several possible reasons). When I tried again it wouldn't even let me put the payment through at all. When I called the store, I just got put through to several different departments, until someone picked up a phone and had no idea who I was. I explained again, and the guy seemed angry and tried to get my contact number wrong (I had to correct him several times. I suppose so he wouldn't have to do anything or call me back). Paypal says it is JB HiFi not allowing paypal payment. JB HiFi Watergardens staff seems to have no idea what's going on, and doesn't care much.

Want to just walk around for 30 minutes without people serving you? This is the place. I only place online orders cause i know i'll be able to purchase something.customer service doesnt exist.

On the 18/6/19 I called the store to inquire about a TV that I was interested in. The call was directed to Peter who answered all my questions very efficiently & even gave me more insight. Went to the store later on, saw what I wanted with Peter's help & a very good deal was made. Delivery on the 19/6/19. I'm very happy - friendly staff & great customer service. Recommend anytime!

I had the worst possible customer service I’ve ever had. Waited more than 30 minutes just to be served to get a heater and there were customer service agents who was free and didn’t even bother to help me out at least to call another guy saying that is not my section and continued chatting with the other workers. Will never return to this store.

I went in trying to find a specific type of laptop and to compare it's performance to similar models. Unfortunately the laptop was not in, so the staff helped me find a location where I could find that specific model, as well as found a nearly identical laptop with the same specs for a lot less money. Great staff very helpful.

Previously had fantastic experiences here but today went to claim a warranty job on some headphones. Other times I have just brought the equipment in and the store replaced it. Today I was told I had to call a number which is closed on the weekend. I don't live there and made a special trip to the store. The manager was short and when I asked to talk about a TV and was redirected to a sales person who was with other people. The guy interrupted the sales guy and the long and the short of it they where rude and said I have already reduced the tv by 15 percent and not doing any more so got the deal across the road at Harvey Norman. Overall today no customer service and they made me feel like a nuisance. It was all in the delivery I think and I have had great experience here before but this sales person said he was the owner.

They just dont care, they don't want sell. Just like the below comment i was left stranded for 20 minutes waiting for staff so just left and bought the item from Autobarn. Worst service ever ever ever.

He is the best guy ever very knowledgeable and most experience as I was confused with my choices he made it clear which TV is the best he is very highly recommended to be dealt with good work
