Very bad experience shopping there. I just bought a instant camera and the second day the price drop off 50 dollars. I asked for a refund and be informed that I couldn’t have a coupon back if I return the camera.

Went into the shop and the man in the gaming department was so lovely to deal with. Did me a great deal and was happy to give me his advice regarding dash cams. Parking was great which was great as most other JB's have tiny little car spots.

Worst service out of the JB HI-FI stores.
Was picking up a pre-order item, the person at the cashier looked up and sneezed - into my face. Not a single apology.
Asked for a digital receipt to be sent to my number, and she said, just wait for a day otherwise call us up. Why can't you just send the receipt? ! There wasn't even a queue. Waste of my time now to call back.
She finished the interaction by talking to another staff member, telling her 'she was doing this before she got interrupted'.

Poor service and trying to sell products that aren't in stock. This is the worst JB store out of them all. This company used to have a great range and service but it's far from that now. Never again would rather pay more with competitors.

Worst Service at the store, asked one the staff to get the gaming controller, he said he has no keys, then for what the staff is for? Worst worst service

Very good customer services however at times the staff are a bit overwhelmed so it takes a while to get their attention. The staff have alright knowledge about items esp in the computer/ laptop section.

The staff makes sure that you know what exactly you looking for.

The store is pretty small so it a big hard to get round places.
Sales are pretty good and stocks usually dont run out fast

The warrenty is pretty good and done well.

I purchased a set of $150 JBL headphones, recommended by a staff member.
I'm mostly satisfied (I just hope they don't fail after the warranty expires; they were acting strangely and turning on randomly, but return to normal after factory reset).
Staff member handed the box to me without informing me that there were different colours, or asking which colour I wanted. I only realised they were not black once I opened the box. Apart from this, she was quite helpful.

Out buying a car held vacuum for the car n caravan. We went to Good Guys as we usually do, but not a good experience, yet again. Either too busy, or can't help or just can't. Went to JB n yes they had the shark hand held car vacuum n what a punch it has. Staff friendly n very helpful making us feel we were important customers. Price good and vacuum lives up to its written performance. Thank u.

I had come in with a few technical issues with my laptop and the manager Dave was so accommodating, assisting me as much as he could with as little to no hassle. He was very patient where the issue had taken over 2 hours but yet, he still was providing the best customer service, and so friendly! Deon who was helping me out too also knew his items well, making recommendations. They both were so helpful and never would go to any other JB-HIFI store besides theirs.

If I could give eleven stars, I would. Within one minute of walking in, someone asked if I needed help. Within another two minutes I had what I needed and was exiting the shop.

Helpful and friendly staff half an hour before closing. Also upgraded to better model with no extra cost, due to no stock.

Not a big fan of jb hifi physical stores in general as getting someone to serve me is generally a chore, but was pleasantly surprised at this outlet, where one of the floor staff seemed to go out of their way to serve us and answer our questions - made the whole experience quick and efficient!

What an absolute joke so many people waiting for assistance or to be served if i was the manager of this store I would sack myself and let someone who knows how to run a store do what needs to be done, I will never return to this store again rather spend my money elsewhere

Big and messy, has almost everything you need, but still doesn't have quite the polish you'd expect. For example, the smart watch section doesn't even have a proper display or test units - you'd expect a proper setup in a store this big. Otherwise, par for the course.

Unfriendly service and very unprofessional behaviour. Went there for a price match. One staff took over my phone and went off to another staff and started click around on my phone without my permission or supervision. I hand over my phone for you to view only, not to poke around! Followed with cold attitude and an exhibition of arrogance as if customer requesting for a price match is inferior to others who pays the tag price (I am assuming the service is better for the others, either way, there are serious issues with the service). Left the store feeling violated and unhappy. JB Hi-Fi, train your staff, if they don’t like the job enough to provide satisfactory service, replace with someone who’s professional and friendly to do it. The phone call with JB was nice, try to learn from the online department.

Avoid like plague. Unfriendly customer service after you have placed an order. Till then you're treated well.
Would give ZERO ratings if that was possible
