6Worst customer experience ever. Ordered iPad over 7 weeks ago. School has been back for a week and still no device and not a word of communication. I should have just purchased the item in a normal store and paid the extra few bucks rather than following school's recommendation of using JB Solutions for Education. These guys are a joke and stain the JB Hifi brand. If you want to avoid your child in tears avoid JB Solutions.
They don't deserve any star, very bad experience, please avoid them they will take your money and won't deliver the goods. Asked for refund 4 weeks ago Still no refund and no follow up from their customer service.
Completely inept: - (I ordered a BYOD. It was supposed to come fully loaded with all the school software. It come with nothing. Just like I could buy anywhere. Worst yet, I called warranty who told me I had to talk to sales. I waited on the sales line 3 times for 15 minutes after which I was asked to leave a message each time. Nobody answered! I am fuming.
EDIT - have now been contacted by the agent to honour the quote.
An incredibly frustrating customer experience. Signed up as a commercial customer of JB Hi-Fi Solutions. Asked for a quote on an item and received it. Checked with the agent if we could change the number of items in the quote - since he didn't ask how many units we needed before quoting.
He said yes. I emailed back less than 1 business day later and get a reply that the cost of the units has gone up and was mis-quoted due to "a communication error". He provided me with a more expensive quote, but using the exact same quote number.
Even worse was the fact that he would not honour the original quote, despite the terms of that quote still being valid for another week.
Underhanded and unethical tactics to re-quote but using the same quote number, and refusing to honour an original quote. And this is the commercial arm which is trying to establish a commercial relationship with a business partner!
I've had to wait over a month for an order that I need asap, I was told it was coming today and it still hasn't and they're not doing anything to rectify the situation
JBHiFi Group/TheGoodGuys online ordering facility may suit the business model but not customers. I ordered online two weeks ago.still waiting. I contacted the online-orders customer support and got hand-balled to my nearest store, even though there was no in-store purchase option anywhere in the state for this item (still). First and last time I buy from JB or The Good Guys - pathetic
