Went there to bought items on boxing day. When ask to match price first they say don't have sock. And other time comparing store are out of stocks. When I check online both stores are showing stocks on hand. Full of lies and rude. Never enter there again

Some serious customer service problem going on at this store. Stuff on display, but no stock, stuff with stock isn't on Display.go figure.

This is the best JB in the world. It's not in a shopping center so nobody is having a sneaky browse on the way to the food court or the movies. No crowds, no queues, quick service, heaps of parking.

Easy, painless experience

The team member who helped me was approachable and very knowledgeable. I was a little overwhelmed, but he made a mighty effort to help me wade through the (too) many options. We found the cheapest solution that didn't compromise my needs

I'm genuinely impressed, would definitely recommend if you're after off the shelf tech solutions

Staff are ok. I went in to buy a mobile and staffmember was pushing hard to put me onto a plan. They are obviously on commission.

The click and collect I did was originally slightly the wrong product, but I was really impressed with how quickly they got the right product in from another store, and how well they treated a customer who needed a bit of extra support.

I just had a phone call with one of the staff. Not only did she not say hello or address herself. She didn't say anything and then hung up on me immediately. I would usually not leave a review no matter the experience but it is not hard to say hello or have some human decency

Today I experienced exceptional customer service from Steve (Store Manager) and a fantastic click and collect assistant. They took me from a stressed-out customer to a calm, happy customer.
Please support this fantastic branch. They are the BEST.

Came to buy headphones & the 2 staff members were either having a bad day or couldn't be bothered assisting. I ended up going to northland Jb hi-fi & had a better customer service experience & made my purchase there.

Went in to buying a Smart watch. 'needed advice' as don't know much about them. But did make 1 must, "it have good battery life". After some back and forth, and asking questions, also making my max budget well known, I think he got frustrated. He told me he had a very good deal, recommended a Smart watch on sale for $99. I was like, the store tag says the original price was over $475, and now down to $99. A very good deal right. Well guess what was one thing that made the watch rubbish.
The battery only lasted 5hrs without much use. After the fact I checked it's reviews. And every thing says that battery life was the major issue.
Totally my fault not checking it prior to buying it, but I do blame the sales person for recommending it knowing my one major need.
I did go in the next day to exchange it, but I lost $75 as I used a voucher, that did not follow on the the new one. Went to a different jb hi-fi and got a better one, more expensive (wich I would have happy bought in the start) and much better, recommended by a different branch and a better sales person who took their time with me.

Location is convenient, lots of parkings, inside is very big and lots of products are available, price is great and very competitive, also they do price much, staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

The best customer service I've ever experienced came from a young fella named Paul in the tv department. He knows more about tv's than anyone I've ever met. He was kind, helpful and answered each of my questions thoughtfully and with great detail. I'm so happy with my purchase.

Some of the speakers that are supposed to be wired on display aren't working. Also no price match to big online stores like Kogan. That's a missed opportunity for JB, but at least I could check out a choose what I needed to buy on Kogan

Brought a laptop and staff where helpful and knowledgeable.
They help you with what you need plus electronic recipet helps you if need a return or warranty.

I had quite the experience of ‘the customer is an inconvenience’ at JB Preston yesterday. I get that people often research products on line before they enter a store, but not all of them all the time; the sales staff are still there to help, right? I wanted to know the difference between FitBit type products because the Garmin doesn’t even list its features on the box. Heavily inked and disinterested cashier told me to stand aside while she got someone to help. Someone eventually came and greeted me with ‘I might be able to help if it’s a quick question’. Who would ever say that to a customer? Well HE did - twice. How would I know if it’s going to be quick? I left saying not to worry, I’d go to Good Guys, whereupon surly cashier snapped ‘We own Good Guys! ’

I know many of these product shops are the same now, but imagine trying to buy a fridge from JB for $2000? You just wouldn’t.

Asked their customer service rep if headphones in store are working testable, came into the store to find out that "they haven't worked in years". Horrible customer service.

Friendly and efficient staff, coupled with a big range of home electronics and appliances. My only criticism relates to the inability to handle or try on smart watches or wearable tech products. When I'm spending up to a grand on a watch I'd like to see it first.

Absolute legends! These guys go out of their way to get the best deals and have great knowledge on top products. Been to a few JB Hifi stores and this is definitely one of the better ones for clued-up, helpful staff.
