Worst shopping experience ever. I waited for 40 minutes for assistance, and the answer is the thing I want to purchase is out of stock. I can't believe I wasted 40 minutes just for it. Zero star rating.

Staff were hard to find and they were out of stock for most of what I asked for. Price points are not bad but not as competitive as they make out to be.

The most important thing for me is to find what I'm looking for when I need it and I live it here quality company

Terrible customer service, the fact they didn't ask me if I am exempt from wearing a face mask before making an assumption is against policy.

I've personally had a terrible time when returning an item that wasn't as advertised.

JB Hifi monopoly on electronics has made them complacent and should not be supported.

When the store manager's knowledge is as bad as a contracted security guard's. Need I say more!

This store is perfect for any tech or music need. But if you are looking for ar home appliances I wouldn't suggest this store as there is limited space. A downside is it is very hard to social distance as there isn't a lot of space in walkways and around shelving, and this would be a concern for people with mobility issue such as walking sticks or wheelchairs and there really isn't enough space.

Store wasn't too crowded. Security guard and app checking in at the front which is normal now. JB always has a wide variety of everything. They had all the registers open, so even though there was a small queue it moved super quick. Staff are friendly and approachable which is always a win.

A fairly big store with a good range of electronics, phones and of course music!
If you parked in the Melbourne Central carpark, be sure to ask the JB HiFi people to validate your parking ticket to get discount parking

Staff have barely any knowledge on products continually having to leave to talk to someone else about it, tracking the 2 staff I was talking to may have been new or no experienced in the area however it was still very unprofessional, I could of been redirected to someone with better knowledge!
Staff were also to busy talking to each about their weekend plans then to help customers out observed twice in the gaming and computer sections!

I would like to commend Kieren from the Melbourne Central Store for his excellent customer service. I purchased a laptop, anti-virus software and a microsoft office subscription via phone today and the process was seamless. Kieren was genuine and incredibly helpful.

I found staff not very professional rather dodging away with their responsibility. I needed a help to check my newly bought Ipad's battery health issue but only been returned with empty feelings told to check with mac store.
If I purchased an item from the retailer like JB H FI #big name in the city, and if there is such a policy in existence to hold you responsible for any fault items, would you take to look at it seriously or make your customer drift around wondering to find for a solution where your are promising to provide a warranty over the item you are purchasing from them?
My take from this experience is always purchase form direct outlet not from a fancy looking, conveniently located stores who are only focused to make profits but not facilitating any extra services.

The place offers a wide range of electronic appliances. My visit was mainly to get an idea about work computers available for purchase. I was intercepted by a salesman who was relentless in attempting to sell a computer to me at that time. I was offered a number of bundled offers yet my standing is not to buy a laptop without taking time to do proper research. Watch out for such salesmen if you visit here. Other than that, the product range seem to be decent.

Great store and staff - one of the smaller jbhifis due to location of course, but the best vinyl section of any jbhifi I have visited!

Best place in melbourne for all your electronic stuff. Most of thing you can get under 1 roof.

Don’t have many pictures but I have bought tons of stuff from them their service is always prompt and the staff are really friendly and to help you out. Their return policy is pretty straightforward as well and the collection process during lock down has also been very easy with them

It's a JB. Prices are rely rudely cheap. Staff are relatively scarce. The guy trying to sell phone plans to tourists is working harder than anyone else. You know how it goes.

Awesome store! Had a great staff interaction, gave me a great deal and speedy service too. Will be coming back, will come here over other stores and delivery
