The worst buying experience of my whole life.i don't want to waste someone's time by telling what happened it's long story (in sort I have bought kids watches, and after week I wanted to exchange them because of Bluetooth failure. I walked in to shop Guy call “Brian “at Narre Warren Home store did not help at all. He was very rude and said could not exchange even the watches are still in the box. The guy said he is the manager also he said there are no exchange because he say so.even there are written policy for exchange.

Because of “ Brian’s poor personality I could not change my kids watches.

1. There is nothing like customer support.: During purchasing something it will be good experience but, due to any reason if you need any support then real struggles will return or exchanges (Store personnel gives dumb answers, No mail will be answered, No call support for complain, Live chat support also will not give answer)

2. Staff behavior is very insane.:
Up to your purchase all will behave very nicely, once you done it and when you really want support then they will start to change their real colors.

I don't recommend Narre Warren Home JB store.

Very busy. However a dog was aloud in the store with no leash and it was not a service dog. The staff seemed to all know the dog. There were small children everywhere.

Their team has been very helpful and I can see that they went above and beyond to fix the issue. We ordered a TV and chose to collect. Our mistake was we didnt realize how big the TV was until after we ordered so we told the staff to deliver it instead of picking it up. Although there were issues at their end that kept delaying the delivery, they made sure that the TV would definitely be sent to us as soon as possible. On the same day after my follow up call to them, they got delivery sorted out and the TV finally arrived that day! Thanks to their team for their big help.

Be aware when buying white goods "Premium" delivery does not include uninstallation of the previous appliance. We were told that "Premium" delivery of a dishwasher would cover "everything". "it will be delivered and installed tomorrow". The delivery did occur, however the drivers advised us that they did not uninstall dishwashers. They left the dishwasher and said they would return the following day. If I had known that delivery and installation did not include uninstallation, I would have gone with the white goods retailer we normally go with. A call to JB was sympathetic noting that the sales person should have told us Premium delivery did not include uninstalling. Not much help though on a Sunday afternoon - trying to find a plumber to uninstall a dishwasher. Cost of a plumber at short notice added to the price of the unit means that we have ended up paying more by going to JB. Not happy.

What an awesome team, every time I go to this store the services is always excellent any issue I have, they fix it even if it's a problem from another shore. I will always shop there and recommend this store to my friends. The whole team's customer services is next level from electronics to white good.the manager is always happy to help you. I have never had services like what I get from another biasness like this anywhere. Keep up the good work.

Just bought a Belkin power pack for my iPhone 11 from this store. Get home and find out with what is supplied in the box I cannot charge my phone! There isn’t a lightning adapter! I told the rep I have an iPhone but he didn’t mention anything about having to buy an additional adapter or cable. Called the store and the rep said their would be too much waste of they provided additional accessories. What bs!

Came in with a picture on my phone of a wireless keyboard and mouse my wife waited me to buy. I approached a young guy, on his phone. Showed him picture and asked where l could find it please. Just stated over there and pointed and put his head back in the phone. Spent a good 10 minutes looking for it. Finally found it. Took to service counter. Young girl served me, very nice and helpful. Walked past other guy, on my way out, still with head in phone.very poor service on his behalf. The store was nearly empty, could have walked the 10 metres, to show me whete the product was. Disappointing as the other staff member was great.

Had my Fitbit iconic watch going off after 3 years. Found my extended warranty and through internet realized that Fitbit has already recalled the watch last year. No one from JB hi Fi contacted me on recall and it was by chance I got the news. Also they did not refund my extended warranty payment though out of two years there was an entire year and a month left in it.

Excellent product range with good attentive customer service. Went in to purchase mobile phone for elderly person and found exactly what i was looking for. Sales assistant priced matched against a competitor checking without a problem, only reason not 5 stars was not asked about sim card or internet needs which associated selling goes with this product.

My husband and I were just in store and had to return a vacuum. We had Peter serve us who was absolutely outstanding. His customer service is second to none and went above and beyond to help us resolve our issue. A real asset to this store. Thanks Peter!

Great range and friendly staff. Always have a good experience when shopping at this JB, and tend to prefer it over the one inside fountain gate.

I was buying a camera I saw this 4K camera but a staff member told me if I wanted to go cheaper there was this $250 camera and it was 4K and the other one was $500 and that was really nice of him.
