A cozy store but has a huge range of selection.

5 stars for the staff for their friendly and prompt service. I had a Ninebot scooter and it ran into some issue and had to take it back to the store. The staff just asked me what was wrong and I explained, all he did was told me he could replace it or even refund it. It was that easy, best customer service experience.

I actually ordered my new TV online from the Highpoint store and couldn't be happier unless they'd mounted it on my stand for me. I had a Roku TV when I was living in the US and was so excited to finally see them available here in a size I wanted (40"). It was delivered so fast, quite early the following day so I wasn't without a TV. I'm so happy to have a Roku again, they are such a user friendly TV, far better than the Blaupunkt I replaced, and the JB HiFi ordering and online checkout was a breeze. Now I just hope the TV lasts me a while.

Good spot beside the busy shopping centre. It is easy to find parking and so easy to drive out.

Las year I was looking for a 3.1 USB A to Type C cable near closing time. One of the staff members outright lied to me telling me a 3.0 cable was a 3.1 probably just to get me out the store.

Great variety of products. Mobile phones, Playstation games, etc. They dont have a lot of Pop Vinyl figurines to choose from tho. Zing would probably be a better place to go to.

Sorry but l did not spend much time there, they just do not have what l need but the staff are so friendly l just had to give them the High Five.

Click and collect dispatch are hopeless. Employee named Josh was totally inappropriate and patronising. The bloke was just smirking and laughing with fellow staff members while i waited for my product to be given. In the end it took so long i cancelled my order. I had a 3 month old in the car crying, all he said was "we are still looking for it". Joke of a service.

Much organised placed with all sincere measures taken against COVID prevention. Counting number people IN and OUT. Good deals are also going on.time to grab few items if they are in your bucket list.

I always come to buy more when the wonderful "Maria" is working!
I caught her the other day and she kindly and patiently explain all the charger stuff to me to ensure I don't get the wrong one (again! Like did last time lol)

I have been back to this store multiple times thanks to the staff member named Nathan in the TV/sound department. He helped me buy the right TV I was looking for without being pushy and was able to answer all my questions with great knowledge. Nathan was genuine and down to earth and was a pleasure to talk to. Will be shopping at this store again.

Can you please tell some of your Gujarathi staff to stop eating Panmasala kind of stuff when they are working, when they are talking to customer it smells and its even causing headache

It was okay although the service I usually get at JB Hi Fi just wasn't there at Highpoint. I was there fir 20 minutes and no one offered any help, so I went somewhere else.

Had an excellent experience purchasing from the range of controller options availible, the guy on the PC/Console desk on the the 24/05 was affable and incredibly helpful, honestly one of the best staff I've dealt with at JB!

I was interested in purchasing some earbuds and could not get anyone to help. A staff member said she would call someone who knows about the products I wanted but when the guy came he helped someone else then disappeared. Poor service, just walked out in the end.

Boxing Day mayhem and we were in & out with what we wanted within 10 mins. Staff member we were lucky to get was knowledgeable, fast, happy & nice. Regret not getting his name like I usually do so I could include him better in this review.

The store it's self is pretty awkward and "bottle necks" at the entrance which makes it annoying to leave during busy times but staff are friendly and to the point

Has a bigger range of products than a normal JB HiFi store. A lot of household goods, kettles, toasters, all sorts of appliances apart from the usual JB stock of HiFi, electronics and music/videos. Nice and bright but quite tricky to find stuff as similar items like smart watches, phone batteries can be located at opposite ends of the store. Staff are visible and helpful when you need them without pestering you. Definitely worth haggling to get a better price, especially when you bundle a few things together. Good guys, Harvey Norman etc are very close as well so easy to compare product ranges and prices.
