Been here a number of times. Pre Covid times parking out the front can be a little painful getting in and out of the parking bays at peak times. Otherwise its handy being just off the highway. Service is as you expect from a JB HiFi, find someone and your fine

Hi, I want to thank the manager of the Frankston JB HI FI (Dan Read) for his outstanding customer service, your a legend mate, I recently bought a phone that I wanted to exchange, the process was made simple and easy, Dan's communication skills and customer service skills were very high standards, he understood what I was saying without once being rude to me, so I commend him for being such a gentleman to me, more managers need to take a leaf out of his book. Than you Dan Read.

We get fantastic service every time we attend this store. Dan, the manager, is exceptionally helpful, well-informed, and couteous, and every staff member in the store has been helpful, informative, and attentive when we need assistance. We never go anywhere else to buy our electrical goods as we value great customer service above all else.

I had to return a headset which I bought in QLD and no longer had the receipt. I called this store and told them my situation and they said “no problem, come in and we’ll sort it out”
I walked in at 4.10pm, they looked up my purchase on their system (from my bank records) and saw Mia (big shout out to her! You are a great asset to the JB Hi Fi team!) and was out of the store by 4.24pm. Thank you for making my exchange a seamless process!

I was here once to get a small thing, like a charging cable for my Ps4 controller.

I waited for a long time, as the guy Infront of help desk was on call.
Then I was tired and asked someone at the counter to help me and they redirected to the same guy, by then there was another customer
I waited 5 mins and I asked someone else, if they can find it for me and they had no idea where it was. I waited for another 10 mins

I went back to customer desk one last time to ask them to get me the cable and they came and showed where it was (which they could've done in the first place)

Basically I had to wait 20 mins to get something worth $15 and I left as a frustrated customer.

Layout is of the store is amazing and they have got a massive section just for horror and anime so good ️

Extremely slow to get service, 2 customers unattended for nearly 5 mins before a staff member asked if we needed attention. A number of staff within eyesight all without customers. Staff member wasn't able to answer my questions but tried to look up the item online, all that saved a 1 star.

Great click and collect service. Didn't waste my time and was courteous. Even said thank you as I left.really

Review relates to audio/headphones section. I wanted some advice, but the team member that served me didn't seem to know much about the products I was looking at or wasn't allowed to provide honest advice. He suggested I go online and do my own research. There's not much point going to JB then.

Flashy meets Trashy!
Very overpriced and only the most basic range to select from. The staff are friendly but not particularly knowledgeable.
It's kind of like the $2 shop for electronics, full of all the junk that you won't find in real stores.

Has to be the fastest click & collect I have ever had, ordered my item & less then 10 minutes later got the text to say it was ready.

Just purchased ourselves a new Samsung Telly in that process we were assisted by Ben and Alan plus the installation guy Mick then Dan who when I rang to pass on our congrats on a job well done by all it was Dan who took my call. Good range of appliances and gadgets, not all staff though knows their product well so we ended up going to another store to ask more info and purchase.

After getting the runaround from JB Dandenong, my experience at this store was the polar opposite. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Answered my questions and had me on my way with my new TV in 15 minutes.

Standing there waiting for 10 minutes to be served which was fine but then having some women walk up in front of me who hadn't been there waiting and they started serving her, I'm not invisible so that's seriously bad customer service.

Said my manufacturers warrenty had expired by a few months and that they could not help then was stopped by security guard and even though I had my receipt confiscated my product and made me wait while he questioned the individual that served me.

Atrocious customer service. I specifically rang to ensure that the laptop would be on display as its a super hot day and I rely on public transport. I waited on the phone for a long time and got passed back and forth. They finally checked and assured me it was on display, but when I turned up it wasn't. No apology.no attempt to fix the situation by putting a display computer in the space that I actually pointed out was free after the manager said a display would be put when a free spot was available. The manager needs to be trained in customer service. I won't be buying from your store again. Don't lie to your customers.
