58 Exceptional service from Devlin, was very adamant about providing top tier customer service whilst helping me find a good portable speaker to purchase. Devlin has made my first experience at this store a pleasant one, I will be back now.

Limited Staff available for help would be the main issue it’s also a small store. Other than that it’s fine!
Very good, great place to shop and very good customer service. Also with Sanity stores closing all around use their will be more business than ever for JB Hi-Fi.
Easy access from roof top parking, Only store left on level 2 providing less of a crowd to navigate.
Great prices and really friendly helpful people, the young girl in the audio visual department is great and knows her stuff especially gaming and picture quality

Found everything I need and more got my Midsummer for a couple of months and then fast and the Furious movies
I love going shopping it's great plus gets me out of the house

I was ask to show a medical certificate at the door for a mask.after 2 minutes of looking through emails for the email from my doctor I was told they dont acknowledge medical certificates. Only from the app (which is only for vaccination medical exemptions.)

Product out of stock, but very helpful in organising alternative options/ ways of ordering or getting product.
They have most things but not as much variety as bigger stores. Good to have one in franga anyway.
Look, you get what they say you'll get. The service is good, the prices are good.
The layout and organisation of their stock though leaves a bit too be desired.
We went for headphones, internet said they had stock, but after 15 minutes of looking we were told there must be a problem with the counts.
Add we were walking out, my wife saw the stock in a cage above the drones. We found it, and they took a few dollars off for the hassel.

I’ve been to this store twice in the last month, first time to purchase 3 dvds which they didn’t have in stock, so went to the other JB in the area which had everything I needed, then went back to this JB today with a friend to to return his Samsung watch which was faulty, went to the service desk where the manager was called out to help us, she couldn’t have been any further from helpful, the product which was purchased one month ago was under manufacturers warranty and my friend had paid the extra $60 for insurance, after trying to explain to her the issue we only got accused of putting purple nail polish on it, she told us there was nothing we could do and then sent us away, with the only advice maybe try the Samsung store 20km away which is actually no longer open, we decided to try the other JB in our area where we told them about our issue, showed them the watch then they agreed, swapped it right over for us and we were on our way, I don’t think I’ll waste my time with Bayside JB again unless I feel like getting accused of intentionally ruining a product and then trying to get it replaced
The young man who looked after us was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and he even looked up on the internet for us.
Staff was really helpful had lost my receipt for a warranty claim on a faulty item, they were able to give me another copy, and replace the item with no fuss
