Called ahead about a phone. They were very helpful in discussing the types of warranties etc & all pleasent to deal with

Staff couldn't be bothered to ring another store to see if they had stock of a particular item to save me a long drive

Store is ok, but the Chinese guy and Aussie guy at the back don't seem to want to work. They want to make the customer carry their stuff out, instead of putting it in the car. Aussie guy atleast helped but Chinese guy too busy rushing customers and not wanting to spend an extra few minutes before closing time. Even when customer spends big money.disappointing indeed. Very rushed & disrespected, and lack of trust.

Seen 1 of the customers have to carry the heavy package himself to put in the van. Maybe get some of these guys to gain a bit of strength. Overall not so good experience

It's a little out of the way on its loansome here. It's the sort of store you generally travel to go to instead of having a window shop and popping in. Having said that I find that this Job is worth travelling to. It's the biggest In that I've seen and they have a fantastic range of everything they stock. Chirnside Park Shopping Centre is close but just this is preferably driven as is roughly a 20-25 walk and it's not the best walk. There's not footpath for the entire journey and it's wet and muddy under foot so my tips to drive this one.

Have you wanted to go to that Karen's diner -where the staff insult you, ignore you and go above and beyond to give you the worst customer service ice possible experience? Here's the good news-just go to JB hi-fi chirnside park and you get that experience for free! Seriously - I had 4 interactions with 4 staff during the purchase and the one who dumped the microwave in front off me and stalked off without even a grunt was the best of the lot -go elsewhere.

One of the best shopping experiences I have had and although they did not have the item I wanted a young lady named Alison could not have been more friendly, helpful and patient. JB hi-fi you have a great staff member there hang on to her.

No one available for help. Person available didnt have knowledge of items we wanted to buy. Took lot of time but still notsatisfied with the service

Waited 25mins to try and get served to buy a washing machine. Asked for help and was brushed off quickly by a staff member who said "its not my department" and walked off. Super frustrating

Did a click and collect because they had just what I was after at the best price. Ready when I got there. Thanks everyone.

Good service, a few weeks ago this guy helped me find the cat in the hat DVD. Super friendly and willing to help me. Store clean and lots of easy parking and access.

Very helpful with a difficult product fault, not being able to supply a replacement that suited they happily gave me back all my money even though the item was already 12 months old and went faulty again after being repaired by HP only a few weeks earlier, good customer relations!

We were served by Jordan, who helped us with a new TV. He was informative, professional and not pushy whatsoever. Super nice service!

It's frustrating that every time I come to JB HI-Fi I literally have to wave my wallet to get customer service. If your making an enquiry your brushed off until you decide to commit to a purchase, then you have their attention. I spent 15 minutes looking at tablets hoping to get assistance as I wanted to replace a Bluetooth keyboard. I finally was able to catch the attention of an assistant who really said yes that's should be fine, when I pointed to a keyboard. Made my purchase then came back the next day to exchange as it was too big for my tablet. I assisted myself for the correct size I needed. I was refunded the difference which I was happy about as there was $100 difference.

Went there looking for a particular smartwatch. Didnt have many and those they did were big and bulky more suitable tomales. Left without buying anything.

Standard jb store, sadly lots of young staff with little or no experience in facts on products. Just the usual sales pitches. I checked out new model TV's the staff couldn't even show me a remote or show how it works. So I bought at Harvey Norman after great service and full explanations on remote and use of TV apps.

Did a far better service and help than Eastland JB HI FI. The manager at JBHIFI can't read paper covid vaccination status. The staff here at Croydon JB are very helpful.

Unfortunately they didn't have the item I was after in stock. A friendly staff member told me that this was a relatively small store compared to some others in tyarea

Purchased a gaming headset, knew what I wanted before I went in. Staff in games was super helpful. Locating, price matching and over all friendly.
