JB Hi-Fi craigieburn is a good place to buy electronic devices and its a pretty big shop. I sometimes found the staff members are very busy and not always friendly.

Little lacking in staff to help but once you found someone. WOW, they know their products. Highly recommend.

I don’t remember the name of the guy, i just came to show my airpords was not working properly and the guy really help me alot and explained everything in an easy way.once again thanx the guy.

Confusing click and collect point when customer queue longer. They move me back to last queue.

If I could give 0 stars I would.

Staff have no idea about their products

Went into jb hi fi craigieburn to get a deal on a lg tv. Spoke with the manager who basically refused to match a deal from a competitor. All I heard out of his mouth was excuses after excuses. Well, fast forward 1 hour later and I did purchase the same tv even cheaper from a competitor. Jb hi fi lost a $2000 deal for the sake of 100 dollars. Poor customer service never going back there again. Warning to all.

Store is very good but most of the staff are not aware of the full sales process. Firstly, I bought an item recently, when I checked with the staff at store they told they don’t do price match if the competitor’s store is not located in Victoria. I called the jbhifi online team and they straight away did it for me (the competitor store was in Queesland). Secondly, some other day the checkout staff at the same store told me that they can’t refund the difference in price of the price drop into my credit card instead they can only provide a jbhifi gift card on goodwill basis. I don’t want their goodwill thoughts i just need the refund to my credit card. Again i called the jbhifi online team, they refund it to my credit card at that very moment without any hassles. Store staff straight away say you “NO or its not possible at all”. If they don’t know about it just say to customers to check with the online team or say they don’t know and may be check with the store manager. Anyone reading this review if you decided on what product you are buying, please check with the online team first before buying any items from this store. Online team may provide you some discounts and price match process is so easy and just do click and collect from store. Hopefully the store staff get more training about the process. Thanks.

Its a good place to buy tech stuff but long waits before someone can listen to you for any enquiries. There seems to be staff shortage most of the time.

PLEASE COME FORWARD IF A PERSON FROM THIS STORE HAS HUNG UP ON YOU DURING COVID LOCKDOWN AND LEAVE THEM A REVIEW. I purchased the best juicer these guys stock and it was faulty. They hung up on me twice! How’s that for customer service? As if a company trading in our local community that rely on us to spend money at there store hang up on you. Below average experience or professionally trained staff. I’ll never forget this poor customer service and will always tell others to be cautious before purchasing anything from this store they’re a dodgy big name brand.

This doggy retailer rejecting proper customer reviews for bad quality products. Attached is the evidence and try to avoid it at all cost. I did this to warn other users falling to same trap.

Full of lazy staffs and poor management. If you are looking to get any customer service, go to another store. This store is running out of customer service.

Bought a tv, it was delivered to the wrong house. I had to follow up to find this out as no notification was received. Driver came back and got the tv from our neighbour to deliver to the right address but was quite unapologetic and seemed annoyed by us calling him back, they were also quite rough with handling the TV but no damage done. My opportunity to review the service disappeared so I'm leaving a review here. Happy with the TV, but not with the delivery service

My wife put her name down for a Playstation 5 for her brothers as a birthday gift. Was told might not have anything till November. Got a call last week had one ready for her. Matt was super helpful I her picking it up when she went shopping for the day.

The store itself is great but the staff need better training to prioritize customerservice over looking at their phones

Good store, very neatly setup. Staff are always welcoming and happy to help. Most inviting store I've seen with the approach of employees.

They told me we will send you the invoice but they never did, and the phone i bought not working now

We ordered a HP laptop months ago and we were told it was in stock and will get delivered in 3 weeks, we are still waiting after 2 months to received this item, There was no follow up from the store when delivery was delated, After numerus inquiries store manager Selwyn just told us we can refund the money without taking account of our frustrations and time we have wasted on follow ups. He refused to provide us contact details of any higher authorities or take time in listening to our complaint. Very rude and unprofessional service. Will never recommend to buy from them unless you want false promises and rude service.
