Service is really bad, chubby caucasian guy with big belly working at the phone section, knew i was next in line & deliberately skipped me & served next customer.
Never again, I drive so far to get something coz online it's showing they have stock, the store near me has excellence service.
I'd rather wait.

Great experience, walked in to purchase a Pixel 6 - encountered a super friendly staff member who was new to that store, but they made up for their lack of experience with perfectly executed, non-salesy, human interactions. Got out within 30 mins with the product I wanted 10/10 would go again!

Terrible service. Barely any staff working there and they fail to acknowledge customers to see if they need assistance with purchasing goods. Even when you want to purchase something, they are often busy or 'already with a customer'. After spending 30mins looking for a sales rep to help me with my purchase, I decided to go elsewhere. Will not be coming back to this store again

This is a home appliance centre which has no CD/DVD available. Bigger appliance range than normal JB Hi-Fi shops.

Staff were very helpful when I went to pick up my TV and then realised it was too big for me to put in my car, promptly arranging for delivery.

It amazes me JB stays profitable, it's a hit and miss service. Product listed in stock online in store but when in store they can't find it.

Custom service tries to be your friend but is ultimately useless; asked when item would be next in stock "I'm not the person who's told stocking". Okay we'll do you think you could ask the person who is?

We visited the Chadstone SC store last Saturday looking for home electrical appliances. Alex was amazing to deal with. Passionate, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful! He bent over backwards to help find everything we needed and made sure we were completely happy. We went to Harvey Norman, Good Guys and other stores to compare and were underwhelmed by their lack of knowledge and customer service. I would definitely recommend popping in to see Alex. We purchased a TV, microwave, air fryer, washing machine, fridge, Apple TV, Kettle, Toaster etc.

Very bad experience, they tried to sell me a used Samsung Tablet and mucked me around with no compensation. Very unhappy with their service and long wait time for click and collect.

Good to browse but don't expect any customer service. Staff actually actively avoid customers.

This store is good if you want to be left alone. When you want to go ahead with a purchase, any other JB store the staff will provide customer service.

Look guys, if u want a quick click and collect they are good! They have Been relatively reliable at getting your online orders same day! Due to COVID it’s been a while since I went to the store and it made me realise how much I miss going there. Still great if your looking for new tv, laptops! I’ve bought every appliance in my house from here! Never disappoints! Plus they have good gift cards aswell, great Xmas preside for friends and family

Very nice customer service, friendly, efficient shopping. Sometimes the price tags can be unaccurate but if you check online that's how much your paying for.
Got my new Razer deathadder essential. Very nice mouse and amazing money for the quality.
This is a must go to shop for gamers and for digital devices.

I am left feeling absolutely traumatised by my experience with security officer on the door.
I will never ever shop here again!
I ordered click & collect and came to the front entrance to collect.
The email did not give instructions to go to the back door.
I expect the order to be brought out to me like it is everywhere else I do a click & collect.
But the security guard did not offer to get someone to bring me my order.
Instead he humiliated me and made me repeat my check-in to the QR code 3 times as if I am idiotic.
He then detained me, letting everyone else go past me to enter the store as if I had committed a crime.
Everyone was stare at me.
He virtually made me jump through hoops to providing my credentials.
I expect to show ID to collect my order but nobody else was asked to provide their drivers license just to enter the store.
I felt immensely bullied.

So much for “contactless” click & collect as falsely advertised.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a wide range of products including CDs, vinyls, head phones, TVs, coffee machines, laptops, printers etc. I had gone in there too pick up a printer I had ordered online. The pick up point is to the left and rear of the premises. It was quick and straightforward - as long as you pick it up yourself and don't send someone else to do it for you.

The team in the games department were incredibly helpful and really went out of their way to help me. Will be my go-to for electronics purchases in the future.

Very responsive and knowledgeable sales team, spend time with clients for the right and suitable products.

Many thanks to manager Damian for his patience, understanding and problem solving skills which brightened my otherwise dreary day in lockdown!

I want to thank Ben personally for his speediness and helpfulness. A laptop that I desperately needed was purchased and collected today, unfortunately it was faulty. I sent in a request at 5pm thinking that they would get back to me another day, especially during lockdown. He responded to me within 30 minutes and offered to help me replace it before close of business at 6pm! Now it is working perfectly, I'm so impressed by JB HiFi's quick responses to the changes lockdown has brought to their services and their staff like Ben's helpfulness and dedication for his customers, thank you so much!:)

Love this store perfect just wait times too long and sometimes refunds can be hard to get other than that perfect store with great deals

There are products everywhere, so cluttered. Did not know which way to look. When I asked for assistance, the guy could not be bothered. Terrible layout and service.

Not happy that I got told by three staff members someone will be with me only to be left waiting for 30 mins. Not a happy customer, last minute lockdown shopping but I guess they don't care about their customers.
