40Neat and tidy store, 1st time that I'd been in this store, surprised not even approached by a staff member, hmmm
Disgusting customer service.
I got a Christmas gift. Even though I had the receipt they refuse to exchanged and the lady at the counter said can’t exchange it because she doesn’t know whether I have stolen it from somewhere. Then I went to the Thomastown jB HI Fi.
Without asking anything they exchanged it.
Great place to shop for DVDs at great prices plus very friendly staff willing to help when asked.
Click and collect people are suspecting you for nothing even after checking your ID. Asking unnecessary questions! Not the best experience I had when I want to collect the stuff which I paid for!
Went into the store to pick up a laptop that had been set aside. It was sitting at the desk ready to be picked up. It was a swift transaction and the staff member was very friendly and helpful.
Worst Customer service by the girl at desk (Sat am). She didn’t even bother to greet or answer properly. Not even tried to help but she was more interested in talking to her colleague and ignoring customers.
Two inquiries and both she reacted that she dont know about this and wanted you to leave rather than asking someone to enquire about.
Ended up not buying with jb hi fi and gone to HN.
If you know what you want and just going in and out then it's good.
Few times when I have required so help you wait a long time or don't even get any help at all so just leave

When in lockdown, just because you're customers still don't know how to wear a mask, make sure the security people still do
Chewing gum is not a reason to keep your mask off.
Very helpful staff. Ordered me a cd from another branch and helped me find a couple Rag n Bone cds. Which I purchased and went home and enjoyed listening to. Thanks J. B HI FI
Pretty large area and range of items, only issue is no reception for if you want to call others asking for what they needed etc
Extremely poor customer service. We called so many times for help with product. Nobody turns up. They dn't care about customer

Got cheated for Bose headphones by the salesperson in the store. Selected an model of sound port but packed me a cheapest one.
These stores have a wide selection of electronics and DVD's but not always at the best price. I often shop here for DVD's when they are on sale but always do my homework via a web search before buying anything else. Sadly they are not always price leaders but are happily willing to match other store offers to get the sale. For convenience I sometimes play their price match game but generally prefer to support the store offering the best deal.
I have bought a lot of stuff from JBHIFI but, consistently I have noticed Epping store has some staff “attitude” issues.
I waited at the tech area for 15 mins, staff was chatting but didn’t come to assist me in purchasing, I went to the counter they said go back and some body will come to attend me. She didn’t actually ask anybody to attend me.
I waited again for 15 mins, when nobody came I went to counter again and asked for the manager.
Instead of trying to resolve the situation, the manager said “your attitude is wrong”, after waiting 30 mins for staff to assist me, even asking for assistance still nobody comes, do they expect me to be happy and nice, particularly when you can see staff is chatting and is not busy.
Then I asked them how can make a formal complaint they said go to the website, she didn’t make any effort to make me happy, instead she was happy for me to leave the negative feedback so, here I am. Her name is Jaky, I don’t know if she told me her correct name, but that’s what she told me.
Then I asked them for assistance with my purchase again, the manager said “so, you still wanna buy and complain”, I was totally disgusted at her “attitude”. Of course I was there to buy a Laptop, not to make complaints. Seems like I will have to look elsewhere for my tech needs from now on.
The staff members are very friendly and helpful in this store. The shop is good and it has everything I would expect. There are good selection of TV shows, movies and music. Nice stor with great range of products
Great place for electronics staff very attentive and very friendly, nothing bad to say for this JB keep doing what you guys are doing it's working.
Horrible experience at this store. Went here for a click and collect and my driver license plus email from them wasn't good enough to prove my identity, so they didn't give the item I've purchased. To avoid absolutely.
I bought from this store few times - the in person and online. Never had bad experience.
Staff are nice and helpful.
Delivery for online bought items was very quick.
Everything is good there the customer service is good there alot of product almost everything you can need but one thing is the prices are a little bit high
It's a typical jbhif store. As all other stores staff are free and willing to help when they are free in the mornings.when it s busy you won't find a single member anywhere
