I love these guys and truly appreciate their honesty. The staff that have helped us purchase new appliances have a lot of knowledge. They have been efficient in locating and arranging speedy delivery right before Xmas.

After purchasing and paying for a new laptop it had to be returned back to factory settings as it was the last one available. Upon going in to pick it up two days later and again it had to be returned back to factory settings.

Went in for new speakers for the sterio in my shed only to be told they no longer sell speakers, told the salesperson maybe they should change the name from JB hifi to JB household appliances and mobile phones

Super friendly staff, they always find the right team member with specific expertise to help you.

Went there wanting to exchange headphones that I got as a present for something else. Quick and no drama. Ended up buying a new phone. Ask for Hannah if you want some help with choosing a phone, what a Legend!

Friendly staff at the store. Unfortunately they wouldn't meet Officeworks' advertised price (click and collect).

Staff are friendly, range of goods ok, still don't like their concierge arrangement at entry and exit however I understand why they had to do it due to theft, still dont like it though

Good customer service, they seem to have a few more "boots on the ground" wrt customer service people at the Ballarat store. Happy and will definitely go back to this business.

Huge renovation goin on but still lots of stock & staff wot was surprising considering the amount of work happening.

Honestly, wether it's laptops, phones, headphones, TVs, DVDs, gaming or drones. JB is the place to go. Competitive prices and helpful staff. So glad we have one in this town.

Nick attended promptly, politely and efficiently, to my mobile phone enquiries. Nick''s patience, and perseverance, in resolving an issue with my newly purchased phone was commendable. The other staff who engaged with me were polite and friendly also, and I saw the same attitude being displayed to other customers.

They are making improvement to the shop. We had to ask for help as none was offered but helpful

Staff are super friendly and helpful! Always go above and beyond.

Best place in town for my music and gaming needs. Great prices. Loads of stock and great staff. Will be even better after the renovations are finished.
