Had a 30 min wait to purchase a phone as the one person in that section was busy with another person. There was also a other 3 people waiting for help. I asked if anyone else could help but they said no. When at the register to pay, the staff we're so loud I couldn't hear the person at the register.

Terrible experience today at the Ringwood store.
Purchased a pair of JBL Live FLex wireless ear buds because JBL have a ongoing promotion in which a pair of earbuds can be refunded or exchanged due to various reasons such as lack of fitment ect. I had hardly used this product as they did not fit my ears properly, hence when i went to return these earphones i was refused (even though original packaging and contents was produced as well as no damage or wear to the earphones). I was told that JB could not return these due to health and safety issues. I showed them the JBL website which stated that this product had a 30 day trial period in which the website literally has JB hi fi's Logo and says that the offer is valid. Yet still was refused an exchange. Very disappointing experience.

My local JB hi-fi. I have bought heaps of things here over the years: laptops, headphones, movies and CDs. Always has a good selection. Sure you could possibly find things a little cheaper if you shop around but I'd prefer to pay more for the convenience. You can also get a better deal sometimes if you ask. Staff helpful and friendly. Can be busy during peak times.

The purchase experience was smooth and would have been great if the website had the correct click and collect information for loading dock and more information on the help site about e-vouchers; two phone calls could have been prevented. Signage at the front door was also ho-hum didn't make sense until started walking back to car.critical when not collecting from a store you are unfamilar with.

I recently deal with Anthony to exchange a washing machine I order online. Such a great customer experience! Things are not easy during lockdown but Anthony really put himself into my shoes and make the process smooth and efficient. I would definitely revisit same store for my future purchasing because of his exceptional service!

Have been buying through JB Hi fi for many years in their various locations. And will do so again, from TV's, Fridge's, small appliances and technology. And the staff know what there talking about and speak in layman's terms.

The games managers here are top notch. I'm a regular and they do all they can to help me out. If i had my own store i would poach these guys for sure.look after them Corporate, they are worth their weight in gold!

Really friendly and helpful staff. I wish I had of got the names of the two that assisted us in store today. The young lady assisted my 9 year old with a pair of shoes and then my almost 12 year old with shoes. My 12 year old wears AFOs and she was super helpful with finding us a pair that not only fit but my son also really liked.
The young gentleman helped my son choose a volleyball and assisted with pricing.
Store was well stocked. Always had a good experience when purchasing in this store. Well done Rebel Eastland!

Always first port of call for everything music, electronic etc, here's an example why: a couple of years ago we were after a new TV, got a Costco membership as a Christmas pressie with a view to getting a TV there as tvs are one of the limited number of things that are actually cheaper there. After 8 months watching and checking prices JB had a slightly lower shelf price for the one we decided on

Worst JB store in the state go to churnside Park you can get service there. Ringwood staff spend more time socialising together than helping customers and it has been like this for years. JB close this store please.

Nothing wrong here. Only couldnt get a decent discount on M1 Mac UK and USA are getting discount from Apple so should Australia.

Dissapointing reduction in mobile phone range. They didn't have the P30 Pro that I was after or anything remotely similar so I bought one online. It takes too long to get service at this and other JV stores, they need to invest less money in marketing and more in hiring staff.

Just OK. I've asked about the mic stand but the guy didn't really know if that's the right one. But understandable. It is not his area. Due to holidays, only few staff worked on that day. So, 3 star is OK.

Looked online for a galaxy active 2 44mm screen protector and jbhifi popped up as a seller. They didn't stock and I was told to look up samsung. Samsung don't have them
