Simon was absolutely fantastic, he knows his job and it’s great to see, explained everything in terms I could understand and was very helpful, excellent customer service.
Called in to the store, not knowing if what I wanted even existed. Simon knew exactly what I was looking for when I explained what i needed to do, he lead me straight to the stand where they were and I a choice of different specifications to choose from! Very happy customer & will be back.
Top staff… store has a great feel I had a customer Service guy come up to me and I thought oh no here we go. But he was brilliant didn’t push things, Asked me what I was there for and offered a few great suggestions didn’t feel pressured at all.
