First time visiting Jaycar Box Hill South. Not sure about the items I supposed to exhange for my partner and cluelessly entered the shop, but i straight away greeted by this sales assistant that fulled of good vibes - Connor!
He is very helpful and knowledgeable. He switfly got the new item i needed moment i showed him the picture and assist me through the exchange process. I’m very glad to have him assist me today and totally made my day!

I went in to Jaycar Box Hill South (Vic) expecting to buy some 18650 batteries to replace in my led table lamps. Not only got a warm welcome but the guy (sorry I didn’t get your name, - it says operator 7471 on the receipt) offered to solder the batteries in for me and he didn’t charge extra for it either. I’ve always loved Jaycar, but his service went well and truly above my expectations. Thankyou so much
