Amazing range of techy stuff, Great staff who are always willing to help with any questions and they are very knowledgeable
I always feel smarter walking out of Jaycar after talking to the staff. I trust there products and have done for over 20 years.
I just wish they still had their Response speaker line like they did in the late 1990's, my carbon fibre 6inch bookshelf speakers still sound awesome.
Friendly staff and services great to get shelfs in reach for a person who is in a wheelchair flat access to the shop flashing lights on in store not recommended for epileptic customers
The two boys who helped me were fantastic, they were knowledgeable and helped me get exactly what my electrician had asked me to buy. Good customer service, great experience:)
So I usually shop here every now and then but today’s experience was horrible. The young gentleman who served me was very nice although the did sell wrong type of tape. I needed double sided foam tape for a dashcam but was recommended the thin one was better and I had shown the dashcam In store. I brought it back to change it over and I was served by the bigger young lady with the black hair colour, she said “we don’t usually do this, you’d have to pay for the other one, but I’m not hassled to do all that work so you just have it” and basically throw the tape to me as if I was a dog receiving a bone. That was by far the most disgusting way to treat a customer. She had no motivation, did not even greet me nor she did she smile. Very poor customer service. Won’t be returning at this specific store if she still works here.
James was more than helpful! The challenge was set, and he made sure there was a suitable solution! Customer service needs more people like James!
Thank you Peter for your help today after the dreadful 'assistance' I received at the Hallam store this morning. After calling the Cranbourne store and receiving the help I needed, I would recommend everyone to the Cranbourne store for any Jaycar needs. Thank you again.
Visited Jaycar Cranbourne a few times now since they opened, friendly staff with great knowledge
Usually very good and friendly service until served today by the bigger young girl that continually huffed and swore, it seems it was all to hard to key in some capacitors in to her computer for payment. And well when I asked for a 12v mini globe, well it got worse.
I had to give the store codes for everything.
This girl should NOT be on the counter or floor for that matter, seriously rude and unprofessional.
I'll travel a little further next time and attend another store thanks. Thanks for the bag that I didn't get also, I'll spend over $25 on capacitors and walk out the door with them in my hands shall I?
Friendly staff and close to home, saves having to trek to Frankston or Hallam for a couple of parts
