Staff are so friendly as I'm not a tech savvy person, they are so warmly welcomed me and offered best customer service which you will not get from big company (JB hi-fi), even I need call them several times after to get help to set up my system, they tried their best to help me on the phone as well, will surely go back in the future and highly recommended.

0 understanding of customer service let alone consumer law. I've been treated rudely before and ignored it as I live Jaycar butbuts reached the point at this branch where I refuse to go back. 30 minutes of my Sunday I'll never get back! I really hope you learn better customer service - the hard way!
Prices on shelved items are high although since this store is so convenient, I'm happy to pay extra for the convenience.
My partner always insists on Jaycar as he finds it to be the most reliable electronics store. We had to make a return to this store the other day - which we had never done showing we do generally get quality stuff here - and I was pleasantly suppressed at how easy the process was. The staff were nice and there were no hassles about the return.

Good advice on parts and equipment but sometimes depends on the particular team member who deals with you, mostly good but a few who dont go the extra yard to assist.
Rude and trashy staff, Spoke down too my wife and i, Proceeded too tell us after saying item wasn't available we have too purchase online for click and collect, After doing click and collect told item wasn't able to be located.
First time there i could of stayed for hours finding things i been after for a while now.

Poor customer service, stuff members were only busy what they were doing and chatting, and ignoring the customers in the shop. Bad experience.
I wouldn’t send my worst enemy into this store! First time I went in after 10mins of looking at items someone asked if i wanted help, I said I am happy browsing and they replied ‘okay whatever’
TODAY I go back, needing a cord, I’m in the store for 20 minutes, an empty store, only my husband, 3 staff members and myself, and not a single staff member asked or offered to help me. Disgusted!

Very disappointed in the service that I received today, went into the store to purchase a product that was stated to be in stock and when I asked the sales assistant he could not locate this product, it took him over 5 mins after searching a number of locations. He did not once offer a different product or to order this product in.
