Jaycar has provided amazing service and products until today.
The employer name Craig Stevens is rude and offensive to a customer happened to me today. And when a colleague came to help he was rude to him as well.
You can be rude and offensive if the customer asks for help and opinion but same time you don't agree with the costumer's opinion or how the customer wants to proceed.

I am a repeat customer at this business. Each time I have dropped in I have (often with their assistance) found the items that I required. Purchased a multimeter I couldn’t quite utilise. With helpful staff assistance I walked out fully equipped with a better knowledge of the unit. Thank you

I needed A 10x magnification glass lense magnifier, the store only had 5 X magnifications Staff very helpful though. Unfortunately I had to go to the net to get one. A little bit disappointing on the day, but usually a good shop with nice staff.

Was going to come in and ask for a job application but Mark sold me a car charger. Wasn’t about asking for too price, it was about what I needed and asking the right questions of who, why, when, where & why, whilst matching my needs to my solar set up but also my car. Thanks Mark. I love coming out of Jaycar with an answer but more so with the exact product I need.

Just went to shop exactly 5.31, as I checked after being told following:
After I was returning couple items. All the people there are normally great but as I opened door and put 1 foot inside, I was greeted by a guy who’s exact first words were, sorry were closed, “please leave”!
Thinking that comment was a joke, I said your saying leave? Yes “pls leave”, we are closed. I can understand sorry we are closed for day, is it possible to come back tomorrow, etc, but an emphasis on please leave cause, as he followed up saying he’d had a long day is pretty impolite way of greeting. Hopefully a customer success manager could speak with Connor and train further in a more polite way and how to be less rude when speaking with customers.

I always love Jaycar, such a casual place to shop. A good range of electronic hobby products.
Maybe not the cheapest in town, but definitely handy.

Every Jaycar store is great but this one especially. It's large, modern and well lit with plenty of room for the wide range of products that Jaycar stock.

The shop is good, with good stock of items.
But honestly, the attitude of the staff is disgraceful.
I visited this shop with only three customers in shop (not a busy hour)
I have gone to this shop to buy multiple items.
No staff cared to offer a customer help.
Two staff pass by obviously saw i am lost, but never bothered to offer any help.
Well, if they are helping a coustomer, they could have come back. But, never did.
I approached a staff at the desk to ask help. (two staff were standing at the desk at that time).
He just vaguely explained of what i can get. He doesnt seems like he do care. Not at all customer friendly.
Then not even moving from the desk he pointed to an isle saying I can get that from there!
I then visited Jaycar Ringwood with a fantastic customer assistance (was a busy hour for them when i visited).
The staff responded proactively, helped me to get what i want.
If anyone had my same experience or wish to buy something and needs help, please do drive to ringwood (If that is an option).
Its worth it than shopping at this shop.
I feel sorry for the owner of this shop to loose business because of such disgraceful staff.

Great place for electronics. If you take your time and talk to the staff, they are really knowledgeable and will help you out or point you in the right direction!

This place is great to pick up multi media parts, the staff are really knowledgeable and will help you find what you need for any situation.

Jaycar seem to be dropping quite a few products nowdays, and stock is low in others. I guess they're just trying to run things more efficiently, but it means I have to buy some parts from Chinese sellers on eBay now.

Super helpful staff, when ordering something into the shop they always call you as soon as it arrives. Great place to get all your electronic needs. Cables, components, batterys, chargers, solar, car, audio, wifi, cameras, GPS, RC, tools, toys. Pretty much all the little things you need in life haha

I find the people here to be a grizzly looking lot. And so far to date I seem to know their products better than they themselves. I come here as a last resort.
