Went in to Jaycar to sort out an audio cable and I do not have any knowledge of cables, jacks, etc.but Angus who was at the store helped me out big time. He answered all my silly questions with utmost patience and friendly manner. Top bloke Angus

Excellent service at Jaycar Thomastown,
I had some problems with my new dashcam but their amazing staff assisted me greatly!
They were very understanding & took the best care to solve the issue.
I couldn't be happier with their service & my new Nextech dashcam on my CRX!
They even included a goodie bag for the trouble!

Started my venture at Eltham Jaycar looking for a pack of blade fuses. They had none in stock but Thomastown was showing 1 in stock. Eltham were very helpful and tried to call Thomastown but couldn't get through. It was about 20 mins out of my way to go to Thomastown so I went there and tried to call them on the way with no luck. Upon walking into the shop which I was the only customer in there I called the shop and the phone rang as it should and the 2 people standing right next to the phone ignored it. After finding out they don't have it in stock, one of the workers said I should have called ahead to which I answered Eltham Jaycar tried, I tried on the way and potential customers even called Eltham Jaycar asking if Thomastown was closed because they weren't answering their phone and I even tried in store when I got there and heard the phone ring and watched them ignore it. No apologies and didn't look like they even cared. Absolute joke for customer service.

Went to buy a headlight for my car. They dont stick the! What kind of electrical car shop are they. Maybe change name to General electrical!

I am creating a model railroad and I required some assistance in connecting CDUs to transformers, wiring etc. Not being an electrical person I turned to Jaycar Thomastown for help. I visited Jaycar yesterday and met Brett at the shop and he was very helpful. He took time off his busy schedule to assist me and also find the right electrical gadgets I needed. Thank you Brett, you have a new customer who will now source all his electrical needs from Jaycar Thomastown only.

IT WAS The most intune and helpful storepeople you will find in any store and most Jayscar stores Australia round, Today i walked in, waited around and walked out without even being looked at,

Waiting too long to get served ended up walking out get on line from amazon quicker

Jaycar Thomastown is always helpful and most times have exactly what I need even if I didn't know what I was actually looking for.

Today Paris was an absolute star answering all my aloof questions and providing me with information and products to complete my projects.

Timmy is also fantastic and patient with customers of all skill sets.

Sahan is also very helpful and great to chat to about automotive things.

Great products.unlucky they provide appalling service with such arrogance. If you have a medical exemption for a mask I dare you to get passed the bald covid hitlar at the counter. Scared of his own germs

If I could rate zero stars I would. This store loves to discriminate against anyone who has a medical condition. Absolutely disgusting the way they treat customers. Never shopping at this store again.

Jaycar saved me again having special led globes I needed to fix my car and good friendly customer service

Great staff, over the phone and in person. Very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. Not pushy and straight up with what you need. 10/10 would recommend.
