James served me and helped pick out solder items, then I asked about Arduino boards and he explained a lot giving me notes on things to look into, using amazing sales strategies too. Appreciate all the help!

Just went in to get a desoldering wick. A staff lady asked if she could help me. I responded “ oh I know exactly what I’m grabbing” and pointed to it. No sas, nothing, I’m never rude to staff. I walked straight to the counter and paid. As I walked off she responded with “NEXT TIME WITHOUT THE ATTITUDE THANKS”.
I was with my 8 year old and it’s his birthday so I just kept walking.
Looks like I’ll need a attitude for next time I see her to justify that comment.

If you're buying security cameras this is not the place. The security cameras we bought are useless and we spent $100s here, not worth it. We're going somewhere different this time.

Always find service here to be typically nurdish. Know what I mean, they really know what they are talking about so it takes me a while to explain exactly what I want. That's not a complaint they're friendly and nice enough, just nurdish.

No assistance with a security camera I purchased from them that doesn, t work. That's the last time I spend my money there. During covid I, ve been supporting local business. For tech I will go back online in the future.

Shepparton shop was shut due to state govt Covid lockdown.
Kyle at the Shepparton shop explained how easy "click & collect" was.
It was very easy & I only had to wait a few minutes from placing the online order & for it being ready to collect.

Shepparton Jaycar it's the best Jaycar from Townsville to Shepparton they are extremely helpful go out of their way to help I'm very impressed will go there every time if I had a choice

A pleasant customer experience. They (unusually) didn't have everything I needed but their friendly service makes up for it. Definitely recommend.

Duty manager was pretty unhelpful and rude. Jaycar is usually excellent but this one could use a bit of work.

Couldn't have been more thankful to Oppo, Kyle and Jaclyn for all their help when we came in after a saga of problems with another Jaycar store. You guys put so much time and effort into helping us with everything we needed. Kyle thank you for plugging the system in for me and showing me how it works and to make sure it works and Jaclyn for calling and sorting out our receipt issues and Oppo for being such a character which definitely helped our bad moods. I'm sure you can figure out who we are.

I called in to with a dodgy charger for a portable radio thinking that it was a broken wire. I thought that just a new connection was needed and that I could solder it in myself. Kyle offered to test the item, as it had been dropped on a hard surface some days ago, and it tested as being unsafe. My thanks to Kyle for his interest in my problem professional assistance.
